Purchased a desk and hutch nearly 10 years ago and had to put it in storage after moving to a smaller house. Finally went to assemble it again and I'd lost some parts. Went into the Osborne Park store and explained situation. They found the old part and had it to me free of charge the next day. Fantastic customer service.

I bought a chair here 8 years ago, and over the weekend a part failed, causing it to break. I went in looking for a replacement chair, and they were able to provide me with a new part to fix my old chair, which is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned.

We had some problems with a suspended file mobile drawer unit. They changed it without any problems. They've been very good to deal with.
