Where do I begin?
Going to a pharmacy is not a very fun experience for most however going to Red Hill Pharmacy makes my day! They are open most hours which is very convenient. I receive the most helpful and warm service imaginable. The prescriptions are done very quickly and extremely helpful advice is given in any condition. I would recommend it to everyone to go there!

I was surprised when my regular (non-pbs) script came to $50 more than it is at other pharmacy's.
Other than that the service seemed friendly.

Tried to support a small business but charged much more than normal. Griffith Pharmacy charging $26 LESS for the same generic meds! $26 difference in medication prices, 2km away. What?

Staff make you feel like they are too busy and stressed to serve you; there’s a feeling of unhappiness in this store. Under former chemist and proprietor Stephen Nguyen, personal customer care, reasonable prices and being valued as a customer was how you felt . It’s all changed in the last year since he sold. A big shame. Why support small business when you are price gouged, often not greeted or looked in the eye when you are served by staff and treated like an inconvenience?

Deakin pharmacy and Griffith pharmacy welcome you, give you good pharmaceutical advice and don’t rip you off. They have picked up so much more business since the current proprietors took over this establishment.
