Lovely community pharmacy with great prices and service.

I asked for hayfever advice and received such useful information on which nasal sprays to use and when, antihistamines etc (I tried to do the same at chemist warehouse - what a joke!). I’m now managing my hayfever much better this year and my quality of life has genuinely improved as a result.

Welcomed and assisted by very kind and caring staff. They were very prompt and helpful to my needs. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I was at Capital Chemist Kingston this morning and was having trouble choosing the correct wrist guard, a young woman called Izzy, was so very helpful, she saw I was having difficulty and came straight over to assist. Very friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience comfortable. 2 thumbs up and 10/10 for Izzy. Thank-you.

Absolutely lovely staff. I emailed late at night as I had tested positive for Covid. The next morning I received a call from the pharmacy saying they could deliver some medicine for me. Really grateful that they offer this service and wanted to say thank you.

Always very helpful and polite. The MedAdvisor app is really easy to use and saves so much time. Big thanks to the staff who delivered all my medications so promptly during my covid isolation, much appreciated!

Today I received excellent help from the assistant who helped me find the right replacement for a cream I normally use but couldn’t find. She gave me some free samples for another one as well! Great service.

I see some people have commented here that the prices here are more expensive than other pharmacies, but that hasn't been my experience. Even if they were more expensive, I'd still come here over other nearby pharmacies, they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and never make me feel rushed when are explaining my scripts. The bigger chain pharmacies just can't compare. A pharmacist is like a doctor - you want to feel that they know and care about you and that you can trust their advice.

Oh thank heavens for efficient staff who know what they are talking about, able to assist and keep calm in times of disarray. Not my usual pharmacy, but will certainly be going back now that I have found them. Five stars.

Has to be the best Chemist in Canberra. From sleep apnea help through to scripts and medications they do the lot. Outstanding customer service as well. Highly recommend.

The customer service here is second to none. We are covid positive, they answered our enquiry straight away, had a brief phone consult and arranged a home delivery for an incredibly reasonable fee. Thankyou !
