Petbarn Woden

I just had a very pleasant experience with the pet barn team in Woden. Although Belconnen is the closest store but the customer service today was very disappointing. Thanks so much for the team helping me today, I was being very annoying for my giant amount of purchase but the team was very professional, especially Riley, Alex and Heather at the register helped me get through everything! Really appreciate the help, effort and your patience, I’m more than happy to come shopping again!

We got great service from a young lady, for a specific cat food. The lady checked the system and sent us to Tuggeranong as they showed plenty of stock. The person I was supporting was so happy as she was out of the cat food.

Good grooming for 2 small dogs. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Would recommend. Only downside is they are popular. Call them after your dog has just been groomed to book the next appointment!

The groomers managed to clip my 3 year old German Shorthaired Pointers (GSP) nails, a feat the vet recommended we sedate the dog to achieve. The two young ladies where brilliant and got the nails done in under 5 mins. So very grateful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Good variety of products for birds, small fish, cat and dog. The deworm pill for dog there is much cheaper than where I usually got them.

Riley is a staff member at the Woden. Riley went over and beyond in his job. Not only did Riley b recommend a line of food that was the best for my dogs tummy. Riley also did some research on recipes for Koko that by adding the Norsh project topping would ensure that my Koko got all the necessary nutrients. On Riley’s recommendation, Koko is enjoying the Norsh project meals and literally gobbles up each meal with gusto.Thank you so much Riley!

Petbarn is a good place to buy your pets needs. They also have dog groomers. My friend took her dog there to be groomed, and they did a great job. I find they always have what I need for our dog. Staff are helpful and friendly.

had the pleasure of meeting a lovely girl who works here out the front. she gave our dog some water as we had just done a big walk with him, she also gave him a treat and we had a great chat! Thank you for being so amazing.

Heather is the only groomer in Canberra I trust with my 3 dogs. My dogs have been groomed with Heather for over a year now and they come home looking beautiful, smelling amazing and they are always so excited when they see her.
I have an incredibly fear reactive dog and Heather has been so fantastic with him; she has been patient, kind, understanding and has tailored my boys grooming needs to suit his temperament.
One of my other dogs also has a severe skin condition, but since she has been groomed by Heather, her skin has improved so much!
I couldn't ask for someone better to look after my dogs.
