Canberra Compounding Chemists

Today my family were in a pickle!! On the way home to Melbourne it was realised that my child’s medication got left in the fridge in Taree. We could not go back to get it.

I called the chemist - knowing that compounding chemists usually need 24-48 hours to fill a script - and spoke with the pharmacist at this pharmacy. He was polite, helpful and was able to assist with a replacement script we had. It was ready for me to collect before the close of business. I was so relieved!! Thank you for your help today. One very grateful Mum here!!

Incredible service if you need a compounding pharmacy; the Google collection of pharmacies at Ainslie is a bit confusing but as best I could tell they're all associated. Got a prescription in a nonstandard dose (the GP was unaware of this) and most compounding pharmacies evidently are part of a chain and will take several days to have it made elsewhere and shipped. Ainslie had it ready in two hours from when I called to ask if they could do it (I emailed the script and brought the original at pick-up). Thank you!

AJ is an asset with his “outside the box” solution skills, and all staff including pharmacist, owner and AJ are always compassionate and swift with their preparation of compounding prescriptions and logistics of getting prescriptions to my family (we live on the coast and Ainsley Compounding Chemist arranges urgent express delivery with such understanding, efficiency and kindness). Their customer service goes beyond that, they provide care at a level that makes you feel like family.

I would 100% recommend This chemist pharmacy!!🥰🥰As we asked for urgent prescription and this is the only pharmacy can help us prepare for the medication and gave us the instruction about how to take medicine for our little kitten. At that moment it was 4.00pm on Saturday!

Expensive compared to other compounding pharmacies I've used.
