Went to Florentine collection today to find an outfit for my son's wedding. Carmen was the consumate professional considerate honest with what suited me and and I am so appreciative of that. I have a beautiful elegant outfit that is stylish and comfortable. No more stress for a dress! Thank you Carmen your experience showed through in our conversations. I went there today to buy myself a dress to wear for a work event, ended up buying two dresses in total! ❤ Carmen is so warm, helpful and provides a great customer experience, she even helped me pick out the dresses. The boutique has an amazing collection. Will definitely be visiting again. 🥰

I had the pleasure of shopping at Florentine Collection Today. A warm and genuine greeting from Carmen and her new assistant Rita as I walked in the front door, such a rare thing these days.
Both these ladies offer greatly appreciated advice as they listen to your needs and what you like or do not like in regards to clothing and your body. The help you receive to choose items for your body shape and the occasion gives you incredible confidence as you truly look your best in Carmen's clothing. Highly recommend for service and quality of product. Very pleased with my purchases and can't wait to wear them :)

The service we received from Carmen was impeccable!! Mum and I were looking for a mother of the bride dress for my wedding in may. After going to several stores with out any luck we were recommended “florentine collection”. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with open arms, received the best customer service and we found a dress that mum felt beautiful in.

I had the absolute pleasure of shopping with the beautiful ladies today. I was feeling discouraged by the lack of sizes available for women, whilst trying to find a dress for my grandmothers 80th. I am so glad I walked into Florentine Collection, they were so wonderful in helping me pick something I felt confident in. We discussed what I was looking for and my shape and they immediately picked dresses that fit that criteria. I left with such a beautiful dress, and a spring in my step knowing that there are still women’s clothing stores out there who lift women up. Thankyou ladies, I appreciate you.

I had the pleasure of shopping for a Mother of Groom dress at Florentine Collection today , they came highly recommended by a friend, and what a pleasure it was , Karen who looked after me so well had the patience of a saint , she took the time to learn about what would suit my body type and shape , trying different styles to find the perfect dress for me , attentive without being intrusive, honest and welcoming, I felt as though she actually cared about me as a person not just a sale and I left with a dress that was exactly what I wanted, when we finally sorted out what I wanted ha ha , fitted beautifully and made me feel good about myself , well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to get there from home . Highly recommended 💕💕💕

Carmen, the owner, was extremely helpful & knows her products well & was able to offer me a wide range of options which were all suitable. Yesterday I visited Florentine Collection. I had a real Julia Robert’s moment. I went in in faded jeans on a mission. I was served by Karen who was so helpful. I went out with bags, yes two bags of beautiful clothing to suit my needs. Karen was more than helpful and very honest about the clothes I tried on. I will certainly return

My sister , mum and i went there looking for a dress for my mum to wear at my wedding. After trying countless stores we found one with carmen the owner helping us. My mum wasn't feeling well and carmen was so helpful from the beggining. Very kind and patient. Excellent customer service Thankyou so much for your help carmen. We have walked into stores where people have been rude and barely helped us. U made it so much easier and stress free. :)
