I had my first laser hair removal session today. My therapist explained the procedure to me clearly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. She was very patient and attentive to my needs and concerns. She is like an angel!

I have good experienced by far in this clinic. I trialled the laser hair removal with them and I have done 2 treatments with no problem and I can vouch for a good results. Their machine was effective especially for Asian skin. The Staff are very professional and caring. And the price range is very competitive and not to mention the location is accessible to everyone. I am 100 % satisfied with the outcome and very happy with the customer Service I received. Will never go anywhere else👌

I'd been getting treatments at different beauty clinics for a while and had always felt kind of uncomfortable and nervous til I started getting treated here by Ashleigh and now I look forward to my appointments! She is the loveliest beauty service provider I have ever met and always makes me feel completely at ease, cannot recommend her enough.

All in all a very nice treatment room. Out of the 8 or so treatments I had, I only had one bad experience. Kristy and others have been consistently courteous and good communicators. They don't rush and explain everything that they do. No nasty surprises. Results on my skin only started to show after a few treatments, however LCA has been frank about the time it takes for treatments to work.

I had been to another skin clinic similar to yours before and the experience was actually quite demoralizing and negative.
My needling with Bianca exceeded all my expectations, she certainly is an asset to the clinic.

Great service, the laser technicians are very professional and do a great job every time even though I've had a different person each time. Getting a booking is quite easy over the phone and the receptionists do a great job of making all the prices and pre/post-laser care details very simple.

I've read a few of the negative reviews and was hesitant at first however, I think the clinic came under new management a few years ago and the new team have really picked up their game.

Have been attending this clinic recently for skin treatments including Kleresca acne treatments with Kiri! She is super knowledgeable about all the treatments as well as skin health in general, I think this is due to the ongoing training laser clinics provides!
I've had issues with my skin since my early teens but after having my first skin treatment with Kiri I have gained so much confidence and honestly look forward to attending the Canberra clinic! Kiri knows what she's talking about and has approached my skin health with excitement and an genuine concern!
Staff are always prompt, friendly and answer any questions you have!

Visited the city centre laser clinics today 26APR after a long time as I usually visit Gungahlin but this time Meg looked after me and did an amazing job. Made me feel comfortable and at ease when doing laser hair removal, she even provided thorough after care. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend this store.

I was really surprised to see such low ratings. I have had three really great treatments, no issues at all. Massive place with really good customer service. I wonder if the happy customers just don't write reviews, only the few disgruntled ones.

I've had several appointments with Kiri at Canberra Centre LCA and she is fantastic. From reorganising my appointments to optimise my time, to answering every single question I had about Kleresca and Coolsculpting during the consultations. You can tell she is very knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured to buy any unnecessary products (which I really appreciate!) and all her recommendations for products/make up/treatments have worked great. I have now updated my scheduled sessions to have them with her. I can tell she really cares about her clients and the outcomes, about being professional and really just being authentic, a combination not easy to find.

I have been attending this clinic for years now and had both laser hair removal and skin treatments. The treatments, service and products all far exceed Clear Complexions (which is where I went to before attending this clinic) and LCA's treatments and products are far more reasonably priced! I have recently been getting the kleresca treatments with Kiri and I have never had such a great customer service experience! Kiri is so knowledgeable, caring and just an amazing person! You will be in safe hands if you go see her (and any member of her's and Matthew's team).
