One of the best Malaysian takeaway restaurants in Canberra, fried rice is delicious 😋

Ordered a Chicken and Corn soup and a Prawn Laksa. The quality of the food was amazing. The Laksa had properly cooked prawns, and the broth didn't have the grit at the bottom that some fast food places have. The Chicken and Corn soup kept its temperature the entire time, staying piping hot and delicious. Always been a fan of this store.

The quality of the food was amazing. For a fast food , they did very good job, the Mee Mamak and Nasi Goreng are beautiful. The food kept its temperature the entire time, staying piping hot and delicious. Always been a fan of this store.

After tasting some food from here, I remembered the Thai expression: aroi jing jing.

Taste was great, with malaysian authentic cuisine. Sweet and sour chicken and beef mongolian favourite. Taste was so-so

Came by today with my friend and we were just craving for some Southeast Asian food. Ordered the nasi goreng with beef and we absolutely loved the taste! It was fresh made in the kitchen and the vegetables were picked well.

Good but too expensive. You can get the same food and portion sizes for 4 dollars cheaper per plate a few feet down at Genki Sushi.

Comparable to eating salt straight out of the bag.
But the meat is good

Ordered Nasi Lemak with Chicken Curry. The most unauthentic Nasi Lemak i have ever eaten. Do not be deceived by the pictures on the menu. Actual food was no where close to the picture.

Curry chicken was sweet chicken curry in shreds.
The meal did not come with Nasi Lemak sambal.
Rice was too soft, cooked with too much water.

Only good thing was the ikan bilis.

If you are loooking for authentic Singapore or Malaysian cuisine, do not go to this place. Advertisements are photos are fake.

The food wasn't bad per se. The beef rendang was a tender beef stew, the roti tasty (though no doubt frozen commercial stock). The problem was that it wasn't Malaysian. There was no spice or coconut in the beef rendang, no coconut flavour in the coconut rice (nasi lemak). The curry chicken was not a curry, just gluggy. If this was simply food court Chinese it would be acceptable, but it calls itself Malaysian. Simply putting a spoonful of sambal from a jar does not make food Malaysian. I suspect that the proprietor may not actually know what Malaysian food tastes like. Very disappointing.

Never try the Roti Chanai. It’s just frozen parata. It’s not Mamak original Roti Chanai.

I recently dined at Namak and ordered the Singapore noodles, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The noodles I received were quite disappointing. The dish lacked the expected flavors and quality I had hoped for. While I understand that taste can vary from person to person, I was expecting a more authentic and satisfying Singapore noodles experience. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration to improve the dish and provide a better dining experience for their customers.

Went for lunch today . Ordered nasi goreng and curry laksa. Worst food ever that I had . Both doesn't taste as malaysian food! They not are malaysian as their counter staff . I would say it's China food not malaysian food!

The worst chicken curry I ever tasted, it tastes like they just put food colouring on it. The other meals tastes as bad as well. If only there is a negative rating, much worse than 1 star

Nasi lemak was horrendous. The rendang was basically water and some spices. Please improve your quality it's making Malaysian food look really bad.
