I can recommend Knight Frank Canberra and especially Paul Douglas-Macdonald to sell your commercial property for you.

Paul popped into my office to introduce himself after starting with KF and from that one conversation, in a very short period of time, we had agreed on a strategy to sell, put that in place, and the office was sold far quicker than I could have possibly imagined, and it was sold for the price I was asking.

During the short sales period, I was continually updated with progress and Paul was always available to answer questions.

I purchased the same office a number of years prior through KF and even that side of things was easy. The advice I received was honest and candid. They are just an easy team to deal with which makes what can be a very stressful time, much less so.

All in all, I have given a 5 star rating here because I genuinely felt that I received 5 star service so if you are looking to either buy or sell, you can't go too wrong in engaging with Knight Frank.

Knight Frank were always responsive and made sure my needs were met. This is my first commercial lease and I had complete trust in the agents at Knight Frank Canberra. Highly recommend.

Worst valuators. Drives fancy car by taking peoples money and giving valuation which is more favourable to the bank.

PS if anyone does any renovations to the property. Frank knight does not take those upgrades into consideration while valuing the property. As per them renovation does not add value to the property. I would stay away from them and would suggest the same.
