Great service from Dean and the team at European Garage. Had my car in recently for some performance upgrades/servicing and they did a very thorough job, also picking up several issues I wasn't aware of. Super happy with the results and I'll definitely be going back for any future work.

I was really nervous taking my beloved Mercedes E350 in for a service at a new place in Canberra as I have had very mixed experiences at other mechanics. I was AMAZED at the service and the organisation of the team at European Garage Canberra. They really know their stuff. They took notes on the things I mentioned in their CRM, took photos to show what they had found. Shared photos of fault codes. My car was back on the road within the day with new air filter, brake bleed, oil change.

Excellent car servicing. Incredibly competitive pricing. I called around and this was the best priced service I could find for my Mercedes and I couldn't believe the great customer service and car service! Dean is very knowledgeable and gave me excellent, sound and reasonable advice. I'll definitely be going back for all my services and recommending to all my mates!

Loved the work done by the team at European Garage! They installed ceramic brake pads, a carbon fibre air intake and a mid resonator delete on my Mercedes A35, and the driving experience has been amazing! They are super friendly and professional! Would recommend them to anyone who would like to enhance their car!

Great service and I was given a detailed report on my car. I’m very pedantic about my cars and hate leaving them with anyone. But after talking with Dean and getting to know him a bit, I have no worries leaving them with him and his team. The interior vacuum/dusting and outside wash was a nice touch too.

Absolutely fantastic service from Dean and Team. Dean was super accomodating when I had forgotten to book a courtesy car after drop off and moved things around to make sure I had a car for the day. Really reasonably priced service and my BMW felt like a new car on the drive home. Dean also threw in a six pack of beer as I had spent over a certain amount which was a really nice touch. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks Dean!

My car had broken down and had to be towed, the 2 other places I tried couldn’t get to my car for 2 weeks, Dean not only accepted her that day but had her fixed and back to me that day! She is running like a dram and smells so good! Thanks for an amazing experience!

Everything was superb!! Dean went above and beyond to help us out with new brakes on VERY short notice while we were on a road trip from interstate. Based on so many posiitive reviews, I took my VW Up to these guys today after an ominous rattling sound developed on start up. In less than a minute, Dean had identified the issue ' a loose heat shield. One of his team fixed it on the spot and I was back on the road in less than 10mins. Super impressed with their service. Seriously, why would you go anywhere else?

Amazing customer service! You immediately feel like a member of the team as soon as you step through the door. My car felt brand new after it’s second service. I would highly recommend European Garage and would not consider using any other mechanics. My car has finally found its lifelong mechanics:)

Dean was very thorough both in explaining what work was to be done, as well as actually performing the work. He also told me how much it was likely to cost, which was very close to what it ended up being. I thought the cost was very reasonable as well. In my opinion he went above and beyond, including cleaning both the outside and inside of my car! I felt very comfortable leaving my car with Dean, I felt like he treated it as if it was his own. I will definitely be taking my car back to Dean from now on.

First time customer after getting my Audi serviced elsewhere for the last 3 years. The overall experience was fantastic and my car felt great on the drive home.

The reception area was clean and I enjoyed the aesthetic street art theme of the garage. Dean, Amber and the boys were professional, super friendly and loved talking about all things cars, especially Amber.

Dean honestly summarised the work completed on my Audi (specifically the 7 speed DSG service I opted for after receiving a recommendation that it was needed) and provided valued advise / feedback on the tyres and brake upgrades I plan to get.

Absolute legends. New to Canberra, stopped in with a concern with my BMW I was about to put on the market and they gave me advice on the spot, and didn’t charge me. Would definitely recommend and bring my new vehicle back.

I can't believe I haven't left a review until now! Dean has been working on both my VW Amarok and Mercedes C43 for the last ~10 months. He is knowledgeable, and in most instances about 30-40% cheaper than the dealership. Workmanship has been consistently great, and I find Dean and his team to be very genuine in their approach. I'd trust Dean over the dealerships anyday. Looking forward to the upcoming performance mods they will be undertaking for me.
