This chemist is the best. Open till late. Fast service. They answer any questions you have. They aren't more expensive than any other chemist and they look after you first and foremost. I couldn't ask for anything else.

Phone was answered promptly. Don't stock Levimir flexpens (insulin), didn't offer to order any in, couldn't advise where to find any.

Great after hours service/opening times but ridiculously overpriced! A single course of paediatric amoxil was priced 300%+ More than chemist warehouse!!!! Paying for the convenience of being able to get medicine later in the evening but that kind of price difference is disgraceful.

Purchased script for my son and went home and then got a call from the chemist telling me they made a mistake and undercharged me and if I could come back and pay more money. They used my medical records to get my mobile number to fix their sales error. I went and demanded a refund and my script back and purchased the medication elsewhere for $7 less than their price.

Terrible pharmacy! My GP writes me a script & there is one pharmacist (whom I won't mention by name for legal reasons) who refuses to give me scripts! And she refuses to give me medication I've paid for!!! I have let this go because all the other pharmacists are nice, but today she refused medication I take for my mental health. I will collect my medication tomorrow from another pharmacist & never ever go here again. And if you use demazin they charge $20.00 & any other pharmacy charges $10.00. Save your money & go somewhere the owners actually care about their customers.

In my entire life, I have never seen such untidy and disorganised pharmacy. It looks the scripts and accounts are all over the place. I had in mind to be a long term customer but withdrawal my intend after 24 hours as to the unprofessionalism and the disorganisation of the pharmacy. I will never visit this untidy business again.

The website says open 365 days a year until 10pm, but at 9:40pm on the Australia Day holiday they were closed. The doctor I had seen just before at CALMS said they were a bit sketchy with staying open until 10. The phone rang out, with no message to say they were closed. When you're sick and looking to fill a script you need reliability.
