Purchased a high quality E-Bike that Andrew had to order in specifically from Kalkhoff for me.

Wanted to upgrade from my previous Ebike that cost me over $3 k less than 8 months ago ( still virtually brand new). Obviously I wasn't happy with the previous Ebike thus the reason to upgrade and spend $7 k on a high end quality Ebike.

Unfortunately there have been a few hiccups within the first week/ fortnight.

A few issues that I believe came down to a design flaw as appose to a service issue from Andrew etc.

Andrew and his team have been amazing, picking up my bike and then returning it over the weekend, picked up on Saturday morning and returned on Sunday morning and I live at least a two hour return trip from the Ride for Life store.

My Kalkhoff bike is still less than 3 weeks old and Andrew and his team have been contacting me throughout the last 2 weeks to ensure that the bike is working as it should.

I can't believe the service that Andrew and his team are able to provide!

On my initial conversations with Andrew it became apparent that he was definitely worth dealing with. I'm in the Sydney city area (where there are plenty of Ebike sellers) but I'm glad I chose to go to Ride for Life. Glad I chose the small business guy as in terms of service Andrew has been amazing.

My names Johny & I’m 56 yrs old & live in Wollongong. I purchased a Mamba Ebike from Riding for life in Corrimal about 6 months ago. I’d been resisting buying an Ebike for quite a while. Because I spend a lot of time riding friends would say why don’t you buy an Ebike & I would say it defeats the purpose of exercising. All I can say was how wrong was I , seriously the best money I’ve ever spent in my life & trust me I’ve spent a lot & many times been disappointed with big ticket items such as cars & house’s. I can’t tell you how much fun I’ve had on my Mamba Ebike not to mention absolutely great value for the money. I still get my exercise if I choose to pedal without power. I run down to the shops instead of using the car, I can’t tell u how much I’ve saved of fuel for the car. Andrew is an absolute legend when it comes to servicing or spare parts, nothing is too much trouble always there for me . Just bought an NCM FAT e-bike. Appreciated Andrews advice as to what bike to buy (want to ride on the sand at times). Thanks for doing a local delivery (have to get a new bike rack for my vehicle). Have gone on a few rides around my area - which is pretty hilly - and have found the e-bike boost really helps a lot getting up steep hills. Preferred to buy locally as at least there is support if you have a problem, or need a part. Battery life is surprising me ! not much used at all for the distance travelled so it seems (according to battery leds)

Andrew is very good at telling you the options available to you for your ebike purchase specific to your needs. His after sales service is excellent and he is prompt at rectifying any issues after your purchase.
I am very glad we chose to buy with him locally rather than an internet based purchase which would have left us with no easy after sales service during the warranty period.

Great patient service, knowledgeable, capable of servicing and providing parts. Enthusiastic and sells his bikes already assembled. You can buy these bikes cheaper in Sydney but only about 50 to 100, and it's not worth going up there to buy a bike in a box! Plus I love to support small local businesses. Also has a hire bike for you to try. I love my new bike, and I love knowing help is just down my road if I need it. Thank you!

Not much I can say about Andrew at Riding for life, other than "what a legend"
I called him from Melbourne and he was extremely helpful and accommodating, exceptional service.
Received my bike within a few days and I have done over 100kms in 4 days.
