Haworth Music Centre Wollongong

Rang a few days before going in, explained that I loved the idea of a Les Paul but had never played one. Every time I walked into a guitar store they'd never have any in stock. They were willing to put one hold for me with a very small deposit (well under 20% that they normally ask for). I arrived and was greeted by Curtis who was very knowledgeable about Les Pauls. He imparted his knowledge and then left me with the guitar to figure it out for myself. The result is I now own the most amazing electric guitar I have ever picked up , an Ebony Les Paul Classic . Blues, metal , rock, shred, you name it and it does it. The slim taper neck makes it a dream to play up and down the fret board. It has coil tapping for a more fender-esque tone if required but also a true bypass which allows you to switch from rhythm to lead with just one quick pull of the tone control. Thanks to Curtis and the team, love this guitar and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a Les Paul.

Purchased my first acoustic guitar this week, I spoke to both Ryan and Richie who were very friendly and extremely helpful with their information and guidance in selecting a suitable guitar which I am really thrilled with, I am loving the Fender guitar but my fingers are complaining!!

Recently took in a second hand Lag guitar I purchased to have the strings replaced and checked. Richie was brilliant! He was very helpfull and gave it a service whilst replacing the strings, he did a great job and the guitar looks and sounds fantastic! I will simply never shop elsewhere... Jordan has been incredible at helping me out source my first guitar. Being a lefty we hit challenge after challenge trying to get me what I wanted but Jordan always remained polite and had my best interest at heart.

Great shop and even better customer service. I needed a string replaced on my guitar and the guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. It only cost $7 and I was in and out in no time at all. Highly recommend this shop for all your musical needs

Extremely helpful staff, I went in there with zero knowledge at all wanting to learn to play guitar, the crew pointed me in the right direction and showed me what to look for, Tuned my new guitar up, hooked me up with a great price and sent me on my way. 10/10 would and have shopped again!

Went in needing help and found it. Honestly had no idea what I was doing and many friends had said these guys would not try to sell the product but instead make sure you got what to you needed. That’s exactly what happened and we left with a guitar I hand.

I was recently visiting Wollongong for a family trip and went to Haworth to purchase my first guitar pedal. The staff at the store were extremely helpful with helping me choose the correct pedal for the type of music I play. (I purchased a BOSS Metal Zone distortion pedal)

The service at this music store is amazing, I ordered a katana and the friendly staff at the shop held it there for me till I arrived until two hours later. Really recommend this store for all musical needs.

Best music shops around wollongong with best quality instrument. You can try everything in the store even the premium instruments. Atmosphere is chilling matching with the music store. Staffs are nice and willing to help you out with music instruments. A little bit pricy cause all of them are professional instruments.

The best music shop I've been to in NSW, more stock and friendlier staff that are always willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Best music shop on the south coast by a mile!
