I highly recommend Kenwall’s Fencing. Richard, the owner, was personable, professional and offered a very competitive quote. The gate was made and installed super fast and exactly as I requested. I’ll be using Kenwall’s for any roofing or fencing needs in the future.

Ordered 2 simple items. Was told 3 to 4 days delivery. 3 weeks later, and numerous amount of call, we finally Recieved. Poor communicate and follow up.

Ordered and paid for 3 Galv SHS posts a week ago. Was told they should have been available for pick up yesterday but would get a call to confirm. Didn’t get a call so called to enquire. Was told the availability needed to be confirmed with the warehouse but someone would phone back promptly. No call received so visited workshop today and was told posts were not available maybe tomorrow or the day after but I would get a call this afternoon to confirm. Still waiting for call and Worksop now closed for the day. Plans for installation now need to be totally reworked.

Very very unreliable takes way longer than you’re told. Don’t contact you. I would definitely not be going there again and they open at 10:00 am on a weekday who the hell runs a business from 10 am 👎👎👎

I'm another extremely unhappy customer to add to the growing list of poor reviews ! Here are the major reasons why -
1. Will not accept a deposit - payment in full on order.
2. My small order of 1 house side gate was supposed to take 1 month. It took exactly 3 months !! and a lot of phone calls to get it. It's ready 1 week before Christmas instead of the October promise.
4.The gate is scratched badly in multiple spots.
3.The man who answers the phone there , patronisingly called me "Dear" every time I called to find out when my overdue order was coming.

Ordered and paid for fence 30th August upfront and was told it would take 6weeks .
Nobody called me and after calling several times on different days no one would answer ,finally got through and they said it’s not done will call you when ready ,fast forward it’s 19th December by now and told them I’m picking it up and I go there it’s 3:55pm and they are closed and should of been open till 4:30

I give them one star because someone at Kenwalls was willing to talk to us. However it ends there. No further progress! Could have given them more stars if we could progress further. I suppose our job is too small for Kenwalls. Pity!!

Never has products on hand and we are talking about basic fencing products. Never answer the phone. It’s like they don’t want to make money.

Ordered over $3000 worth of fence, took about 3 months to come and took another 6 phone calls to remind them they still owed me a gate.
