Would not recommend this business. Paid $2,300 deposit on a $9,000 job in February. No contact from them until end of May, with nothing but excuses. No contact again until September when I went and cancelled the job. The owner will try and Bulls--t you at every turn. Don't get caught by this business.

We went to this shop today and stood around in the show room for a quarter of am hour waiting for some assistance and they just ignored us when it was obvious that we wanted some help.
Customer service is obviously not their strong point.

It is too late for us to discuss my tile requirements because I found a tile shop that was interested is serving me on Saturday, so you have lost a sale. we visited 4 tile shops on Saturday and yours was the only one who could not be bothered to even talk to us.
