I've been seeing Cath for many years now and really feel like I have made a true friend. Cath genuinely cares about the happiness and well-being of others which is one of the reasons she is so good at what she does.

I have been to her in the most pivitol times in my life and she has helped me to let go of so many things that have held me back. I always seem to be drawn to her when I feel stuck or like I can't get anywhere.
