Good shop for trainers

Disappointed with the after sales service. I purchased a pair of “Inov 8” shoes that were actually recommended to me by the sales staff. The shoes were faulty and began to tear on the inside of the heal after a couple of wears. I was told that I chose the wrong shoes for the purpose for which I needed them? I was told that I would probably be able to exchange them for something else. I made contact with the store a few times after this and was told that I would receive a call back…..still waiting. Not good enough, sorry!
