My Wahl Beard Trimmer developed a fault that rendered it inoperable. I took it into Wollongong Shaver shop and after inspection they gave me a complete replacement. No hassle and very pleasant to deal with. New two year warranty. I would definitely recommend this business.

I went here to buy a present for my girlfriend, a hair straightening brush, and the man in the store (Jeremy was his name) was one of the most helpful and friendly sales staff I've dealt with. I don't usually leave reviews of retail establishments, but my day was made by my encounter at shavershop. He not only went out of his way to tell me what he knew about the products and check further information about them, but he claimed to have personally used some of them and could give me a first hand account of their quality and features.

I can't speak for any of the other workers, as it seems this small store is only staffed by one person at a time, however if Jeremy is working there you're in luck.

Best service great range of products and amazing quality aswell ive had a wahl trimmer for home use for over 10 years and still going strong bought from shaver shop and today bought some extra trimmers all wahl to . Wahl all the way . Again best prices ever

I loved them because they are honest with you. They would tell you the actual worth of the product, not like other shops who are just trying to sell their product.

Got this amazing one blade shaver by Philips... so accurate, the staff member was knowledgeable and helpfull will always go there for matters of the shave variety.

Always really cheap to get your Gillette Fusion replacement Blades......
Haven't seen the prices any cheaper anywhere else than the Shaver Shop......
