This place is amazing, can’t recommend them enough. My roommates and I moved into our first home and these guys were so helpful and understanding! They gave us great deals and even exchanged our washing machine when we realised we had incorrect measurements, absolute legends! Great products, amazing customer service, adorable store cat!

I had newly moved into Wollongong and this store had everything I needed. The staff are very friendly and the merchandise is great. If you are concerned about buying second hand stuff, don't worry when it comes to this store's stock. Everything I bought is in good condition and all my furniture was delivered very quickly. I had a great experience and I highly recommend checking them out.

I strongly recommend Ryan's Furniture and Electrical Store. I brought a fridge there for the second time and because of that the gentleman who served me gave me a discount because as he said I was a valued customer. Very courteous and professional. Was in the shop at approximately midday and the fridge was delivered at home by 4.00p.m. same day and my old fridge was taken away! Excellent.

Purchased a washing machine and dryer yesterday. The salesman was incredibly friendly and charming, got straight down to business and told me everything I needed to know about the products - and being able to pet his cat Alex helped. Since I was buying both, he gave me free delivery and a small discount and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Today the delivery guy came and was very helpful with bringing the washer and dryer in. On top of that, he even went to get his drill because the screws came out of my screen door and he was more than happy to help me with that and didn't accept the tip I offered. Will absolutely always recommend this place from now on.

My husband & I bought a fridge a few weeks back , not only was the service amazing by the young man who had helped us he had our fridge delivered next on a Sunday when they weren’t even open !
We were so chuffed with our service first time round we knew we had buy our washer dryer from Ryan’s also.
Again didn’t disappoint friendly from beginning to end and amazing communication.
A lovely family business who a genuine professional and hardworking will be returning if we need anything else and recommending to anyone in the Illawarra area.

Just an update: they are still one of the best businesses locally! We bought a fridge from them 4 months ago, yet happened to have some issues, then they organised a technician to help us fix it! The technician is also so professional and efficient!!! Even cleaned our kitchen floor and leave everything neat and clean!!!

Came in, saw a fridge I liked, sale was super quick and easy, delivery happened the very next day.
Ali who handled the delivery brought the fridge up like 6 flights of stairs during Ramadan when he couldn't even have a glass of water! Really amazing service, product works wonderfully and has warranty. Would 100% recommend buying from these guys.

Very impressed with the service I received regarding my fridge purchase. I originally purchased a second-hand fridge which I later (mistakenly) thought was faulty. Even though I then discovered that I'd been mistaken they still honoured the arrangement we'd reached to swap it for a new fridge (whilst paying the difference in price) while it was under warranty - very impressive.

After a while the washer had some problem with the drain hose so we contacted them and they come the next day to fix it. Last week we contacted Ramy - the guy who has been taking care of our washer’s issues- for some power issues, and he quickly come by the next day, checked the washer and delivered us another one! We were really amazed and appreciate their wonderful service. Ramy has also always been so friendly and helpful. I hope your business will be more and more successful.
