My mom had my carpet laid by South Coast Floor Coverings and I had the best experience through them! Great team, smooth communication, and they laid such a beautiful floor!

Very happy with our experience with South Coast Floor Coverings. Our experience with all staff members was fantastic, they were all friendly, attentive, and professional. The completed job on our staircase and upstairs bedrooms looks fantastic and I would recommend South Coast Floor Coverings to anyone looking for new carpet.

Recently we chose carpet from South Coast Carpet Court for 5 rooms and a set of stairs for our house.

The process of choosing carpet and then organising for it to be laid was seamless.

Both sales staff were outstanding at their jobs. They always made us feel like they were listening and had our best interest at heart, and I could see that they often needed to juggle multiple customers. They were knowledgeable and patient.

The installers of the carpet were efficient, punctual and friendly. The carpet was laid to a high standard. And they cleaned up after themselves. On both days that they laid the carpet there were small issues to address, and on both days this was handled professionally.

The new carpet makes our home look so much nicer!

I was really impressed with the professionalism of the quote and how efficient and thorough the carpet-laying process was. I wouldn’t be surprised if the carpet-layer was a superhero, after seeing him get this crazy-huge roll of carpet up the stairs. The price was competitive and they were spot-on time. I recommend.

What an amazing experience. We recently needed carpet and needed it in a very short timeframe.
We dropped into the store on Saturday and we had the pleasure of speaking with Susie. Within minutes she understood what we needed, helped us pick out the perfect carpet and by Thursday the carpet is installed and looks amazing! We can not thank you enough for the amazing work and all the lead up to. Constant communication, wonderful staff and fantastic product!

We definitely recommend south coast floorings, from the measure and quote through to the communication and install, the communication was great and the advice on different floors and carpet was excellent. We had vinyl planks hard wood floor put throughout the house and carpets in the bedroom, the installers did a really nice job and we are very happy. Will definitely be back in the future if we need anything else. Thanks

South Coast Carpet Court have been great! Everything from the in-home measure providing carpet recommendations to match the home to the customer service team. Just had the carpet laid and was a very smooth and seamless process.
