Brought an LED light didn't last very long will go elsewhere in future

Information on this business is very sparse. Tucked away in a smallish business park set up, there is one sign showing evidence that the business actually exists. Had to ask the plumbing guys on their lunch break where Lumos Lighting was. All there was to show a business was there was a garage door that was opened and a guy sitting their fiddling with some lights. Their office/showroom was dark and disheveled with a few ratty looking light displays that weren't even turned on! After calling out several times an Asian lady wandered in and we asked her what sort of lights they have for sale. She looked a little confused and told us they only sell LED lights mainly to other businesses. This company appears to be mainly a wholesaler and not too interested in retail sales as she was none too fussed when we thanked her for her time and left.

Their LED products are absolute junk. Steer clear and buy a reputable brand instead. Only company I have ever seen that offer only a 12 month warranty on their downlights.

The downlights were rubbish. Just after the 12 months warranty period I experienced a 25% failure rate. Even the retailer agrees they were no good but can't do anything about it now because they are out of warranty.
You should buy known brand names with 3-5 year warranties.

Led lighting is terrible. Installed their emergency lighting and exit signs and they failed pretty quickly. I would definitely avoid buying their piss poor lighting products unless you want problems.
