TJM Wollongong

Highly recommend TJM Wollongong, I had a bullbar, spotties and bash plate fitted.
The team was very professional from advising on products, through to the installation, and after fitting follow up call to ensure all was well. In addition the quality of TJM products are top notch.

We had a fair bit of work done to our 4x4 at TJM Wollongong in preparation for the big lap of Australia we are about to embark on, Their assistance in suggesting the right gear, their super friendly service, the standard of workmanship and the backup support we received during our time dealing with them was awesome. We now have the ultimate tourer with quality gear, fitted expertly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the service and install of equipment to my 4WD. The staff are amazing and do a fantastic job. Definitely recommend anyone looking to do any mods goes here.

Had these guys install a second hand tray to my Nissan Navara.
The tray was second hand off a Dmax.
The customer service was 100%, was not a standard bolt on, they rang me about this that.
I'm very happy with the result and quality of work.
Give them ago you will not be disappointed.

Went looking for a part and no one had
it. I was discouraged but stopped in on a capricious decision as I was passing by the store on Corrimal St. A "young lad" named Kevin helped me and I was sure he would simply tell me to go somewhere else. He would not give up and started looking through boxes and down in the corner of the parts multiverse he suddenly conjurs the small locking arm for the canopy locks. I am astounded. "See if this fits the shaft", he says as hehands me the golden key to the kingdom.... well, not actually gold, but I tactically approach the canopy and when the arm slides perfectly into place I realise I am on a good roll. I think "Maybe he could throw in a winning lottery ticket to help out the finances at the same time" but he forgets to hand it to me and I am so elated that I forget too. I make it out of the parking lot and down the road when I think... "bummer, I forgot the winning numbers". Oh well, next time.
I was impressed at the store and both Kevin and Rachael (spelling?) were fantastic to meet. It doesn't matter what you need, they will help you get it. I was impressed.

Very friendly and will help you even if it not for a tjm product. I will stop again for sure for new installation and recommendation from the team. Thanks

Came into TJM to make an inquiry about repairing my roof racks. They immediately looked at the issue, and repaired it on the spot - free of charge. This was my second time coming to TJM, and it certainly won't be my last! All the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgable and willing to help however they can.

Fantastic customer service. I emailed 4 auto parts stores for a particular roof rack part. I got a reply within an hour from TJM Wollongong, including options and prices. 2 others didn't bother replying at all and the 4th came back to me 5 days later with no details, no price and a generic response to just go in to store.

I told them the wrong year model of my car, which meant the wrong rack feet got ordered. We didn't realise until I brought the car in for fitting. While I waited, they sent someone across town to get the right ones so I could leave with the job done. They didn't charge me any extra for messing them around like that. As if the service wasn't good enough already (flat RRP pricing with free fitting). I'll be back when I need more bits.
