Lia and Mason have my blind faith, Lia is a Sherlock Holmes of the body and no mystery is too hard for her to solve. She has a wonderful mix of experience, intelligence and empathy. I really appreciate her holistic approach. Mason will loosen you up with his sense of humour first, then with his perfect sense for pressure and precision in his massage technique.

I saw Dr SAM Everist, Chiropractor, today. I have not been sleeping at all - waking every hour or so. I came home and slept for 5 hours and feel incredible. I also feel taller, thinner! and an underlying sense of stress that was constantly there is gone, along with pain and lack of movement through my neck and ribs on the left hand side- I have zero pain and for the first time in a long time I can move my neck and left shoulder with no discomfort. I am also walking more freely! SAM used some soft tissue techniques and went through my whole posture doing a careful analysis and holistic treatment before adding some powerful and very directive work into my key problem areas- Hips- ribcage and neck. To say I am incredibly impressed is an understatement. Sam's expertise and confidence in treating is very clear.
