Wilson's Bike Hub Dapto

We were after E bikes but knew very little about them. As we couldn't visit (covid restrictions) we made multiple calls to Nic, the salesman, and he was very patient. He gave us lots of info and made size and type suggestions. The manager gave us a discount, we bought the bikes and were happy with the price and service. They are even delivering them for free.

I have bought several bikes from both the Warrawong and Dapto Wilsons Bike Hub stores over the years and can't fault their service. Most of their workers are riders themselves and offer great expertise in their areas. These guys have been around a long time for a good reason, buy with confidence.

bike hub has given us a low charge on everything. My grandson is getting a apex scooter with odi grips and river wheels and it costs $935 but bike hub has put it down to $875 or $845 and that's a awesome price for it.

Joel is the best he puts your stuff together and tightens it for free sometimes they put on grip tape with no additional charge best exprience I've had I've bought my scooter from there along with new grip tape grips and clamp for incredible low charges they will help you pick the best colours to suit your scooter to the best of their ability great service definitely will come back anytime

I was debating whether to give this 3 or 4 stars as been a semi regular over a two year period, had my bike serviced by them several times and it's been mostly flawless (tiny mistake which only took me a moment to fix) and their range is pretty good and I haven't been able to fault their products.

My main gripe is their customer service. I always feel like I'm an unwanted guest when i go there. I think I'm usually pretty easy going, so first few times I just put off as either they're having a bad day or I was. Yet of all the times I've been there, (not sure exact count but 10-15) I think it was only once or twice I enjoyed interacting with their staff (I've mostly dealt with the older staff, can't comment on the younger ones). I think I've only spent 600-1000 all up so not a huge spender and that could the reason, or it could be a personaility clash but despite this being the most convinent store for me by far, I won't be going back.
