Local Cycle Co

So I went to this bike shop looking for a screw to fix up my bike that I bought from another place a while back. The guy at the counter was super helpful and found me a used screw that fit perfectly. He even gave me some tips on how to install it! I was really impressed with the service I received, so I know that if I ever need to buy a new bike, this is the place to go. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I'll be back for sure when my current bike kicks the bucket. Thanks again!

I had a cracked rear triangle and the guys at Local Cycle Co were quick to order in a new one and have it fixed at a reasonable price. They were fast, great communicators and efficient.

Ordered the Lezyne Multi Chain Pliers from the guys over Christmas online. They were delivered quickly with lots of cool stockers and even a hand written note thank me! Cant beat grass roots customer service. Will be heading back online to buy more soon, only wished I lived close to pop in and say a personal thanks!

Came in yesterday with a flat tyre and asked to borrow a pump so I could make it home to where all my repair gear was. The staff were happy to oblige and didn't try to push any sales on to me. Will return next time I need something for my bike.

Great people and customer service, I brought my bike in today with a brake issue and it was fixed in about 5 minutes and it works like new, thanks heaps for fixing 👍👍

Friendly and helpful staff, just dropped in to ask a few questions and get my tires inflated and they went out of their way to help even when it became clear that my tire wouldn’t seat easily. First place I’ll be taking my bike from now on in Wollongong.
