Giant Wollongong

Contacted Giant Wollongong last week regarding a particular bike that was on sale. Jessica was excellent in providing prompt responses to all messages during the week and despite changing my mind for a different model at the last point, there was two bikes ready to go this morning. The team made some adjustments and set the shocks for my weight. Cannot fault them at all. Well done GW!

Me and my wife had great time renting the ebike and cycling at Wollongong. Their staff is so friendly and helpful especially the owner Jessica. Their ebike is good quality and they also help us to adjust the seat to ensure maximum comfort.
Whenever we travel from Sydney to Wollongong, we always rent ebike from them
Jessica shared with us some great information/experiences about ebike riding and so we eventually bought 2 new Giant ebike from.

Purchased a new gravel bike and other gear from here earlier in the year. The bike is amazing and has been a joy to ride. The service from the staff team here has been phenomenal in providing custom modifications for my bike and in providing knowledgeable advice you can trust about all things cycling. Highly recommend.

I dont ride a giant but still got great service and they had everything I needed in stock. Chainring, crank arm tensioner bolt. Tyres, grips, pedals.Highly recommend going into the store to check out the stock

We have just purchased our third bike from Giant Wollongong and the service was fantastic. Ryan and Tim went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.. We are from the Sutherland Shire, and when we purchased our first two Gaint bikes a couple of years ago our local Giant shop wasn’t interested in helping us - they lost a local customer and we are more than happy to travel to Wollongong for all of our bike purchases. We’ll done team, a great customer experience.

Thank you to Tim and Jessica regarding the purchase of my bike on Tuesday 25 January. Great customer service was provided and within a week I have used my new bike without any major adjustments. Very pleased with my purchase even I had to travel for 4 hours to find the bike and shop I wanted to take an XS bike on a test ride.

Dropped by Giant bikes Wollongong this morning to see if we could get the handle bars on my wife’s new Giant Liv road bike lifted higher. Tim with no hesitation switched the stem around and then removed the foot straps from the peddles…all at no charge and we were back on the road. Big thanks to Tim, great service. Legend.

Cannot rate the team here at Giant Wollongong high enough. Tom went above and beyond to put together the most epic bike I’ve ever seen. Every part of the experience of buying a bike was straightforward and customer service was gold standard. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and worth driving down from sydney for.

Jessica held the bike for me for two days and was very understanding and helpful. When I got there, Tim dropped everything and helped explain everything to me and set me up for size, saddle, shoes etc...for over an hour.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the derailleur on my first ride which meant I had to drive back but Tom and his team took care of everything for me for free and I’m now back on the bike. These things can happen to anyone but what matters is how you make it right. These guys delivered at every touch point 👏👏

What a great experience! From my initial visit right through to picking up my bike, kitting it out and then getting help to disassemble it to take on holiday. Thank you Sam for being true to your word and all the extra advice and set-up you did for me. It was SO worth the drive from Sydney!

Best service among the various bike shops on the same street. We had a need to buy a larger bike with training wheels for our 10 year old daughter and had very little luck with advice on options from their nearest competitor down the road, who were very quick to put it in the too-hard basket. The staff at Giant were amazing at assessing her needs, putting together good options, even ordering an alternate rear wheel to suit the training wheels available and getting it delivered in time for her birthday. Will be returning in the future.

Very impressed by the whole customer service experience, knowledge, follow up and genuine interest. I bought my third Giant roadie and it is so reassuring knowing I have great support. Thanks Tom!
