Trek Wollongong is a great bike store - and I have visited many! I appreciate their approach to servicing the bikes - clear explanations of issues and an approach that seeks to do what’s actually required vs just working through a list. Always good follow up throughout the process with options well discussed and clarified before going ahead. Excellent service on my Domane and they have finally solved the problem I had with my rear brake! Good range of products in store and always friendly and professional approach from all staff!

Great experience all around. Steve was great in helping me choose a road bike - he listened to what I was looking for and recommended a bike that was suitable for my needs, even if it had to be shipped from another store! The new old stock Emonda was not only a great bike recommendation, it also saved me quite a bit of money compared to the new season offerings.
The bike has been great and the aftercare even better, and I got great help from Aaron with some minor adjustments to the rear derailleur.
Trek Wollongong is definitely worth stopping by if you're looking for great bikes and great bike advice!

Purchasing my bike from your store (Trek Wollongong) could not have been any better. I drove and hour amd 20 minutes and it was worth it. The service I received from Jake was probably one of the best sales experiences I have had. Getting the bike was great, but the experience was made better by Jake. I really appreciate the fact that you can still get great people working in retail that are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It doesn't happen often. Getting a thank you for purchasing the bike from one of the Trek executives was also terrific, he didn't have to do that, to acknowledge my purchase was a very nice gesture. I just visited Wollongong for a weekend work and brought my bycile at Trek Wollongong for a tyre check on Sunday morning. The lads were very friendly and showed great customer service. They fixed my tyres with joy and ensured I am ready for the road again after many months of not riding. I highly recommend Trek Wollongong. If I live in Wollongong, Trek Wollongong is my place to be! Will surely visit them again if I have a chance.

Was staying in WolIongong for a few days and I arrived at the Trek shop after a morning ride on my recently purchased Trek Emonda SLR 7 12speed DI2 (bought from Trek Turramurra). The seatpost had developed a creak. The customer service from Steve and Alex was amazing. Although they had a fully booked workshop schedule they assisted me immediately. Alex completely reassembled the seat post on the spot. He took photos of ensuring all measurements were the same when he put it back together. (As any decent mechanic should do).
I used to work in the bike industry at a reputable store in Sydney and I have ridden Colnago bikes for the last 25 years, which incidentally have always given me problems with frame defects. (Another story for another time). What I’m getting at is the culture at Trek is far superior than anything I have ever seen and experienced before. Not only is the level of customer service and support way above the others, the Trek Carbon care for wheels and lifetime warranty on frames are a no brainer. Of course the Trek and Colnago are a completely different ride. But I gotta tell you. From what I’ve experienced from many years of riding expensive cycles from now on I’m never buying an Italian bike again. Trek forever. Additionally the Trek Emonda SLR7 DI2 is the best bike I’ve ever ridden.

As part of the WA team that went to the junior nationals, my son crashed late Wednesday afternoon and needed urgent repairs to his bike before the next race the following morning. The team at Trek Wollongong worked late into the night to ensure my sons bike was ready and not just ready but better! Such amazing service, nothing was too much to ask and the guys all working there were just so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and highly skilled staff. Thanks again for saving the day!

Ryan and Jessica (owners) will make it worth your while in the shop. Super helpful, always on the ground to look after you. We were there for the UCI event and they did everything to make sure our bikes are race ready and were packed in time for the travel back home. The prices in the shop are competitive and if not they will make sure you leave the shop with a big smile. I wish they had some presence in the UAE. If you are out for bike shopping or some maintenance consider a visit. Their mechanics are well trained and passionate in what they do. They easily managed one of our complex bike’s issues which others gave up on.

The bike mechanics are very knowledgeable and passionate. Work done on my bike has been of a very high quality and the assistance in choosing a new helmet was meet with a very high level of customer service. The team as a whole are very friendly and it shows in the atmosphere in the store. The advice given is not exclusionary and is catered for the level and type of cycling the customer is enquiring about. I have and will continue to suggest this store to friends and family.

We bought 2 townie bikes and absolutely love them we've taken them up steep hills and along the beach no problems I would totally recommend them and trek bicycle Wollongong to anyone I cant wait to go for my next ride

Awesome customer service. They made me feel welcome at the store, like a second home. No request was too difficult and I didn't feel uncomfortable asking for anything. Took the time to explain what I needed and the benefits. Were willing to offer parts off their own bike to get me on the road sooner. I didn't have to install one accessory, everything was fitted free of charge. I made changes to what I wanted after the bike was built and those changes were made without any issues. Trek's warranties and lifetime guarantees for the original owner are amazing. Gives me confidence in buying Trek/Bontrager products new instead of second hand.
