I was referred to wollongong bike hub to get lights and helmet and mirrors for my mobility scooter under personal care and safety ndis they were awesome and invoiced my plan manager got not suitable mirrors they swapped them and fitted appropriate ones for me and threw in a little bell for my safety at no extra cost they were so good and polite and courteous and mindful and respectful so if you have a supa light mobility scooter like mine with no lights and mirrors and need it billed to your ndis consumables to your plan manager wollongong bike hub is the go to place

Had my very old bike repaired and brought back to usable condition through the Bike Hub repair service. Staff were nice and polite, the cost came in at under their quote and the bike is working great now.

Really good service, and good communication. No unexpected charges, and I was kept in the loop with any changes. And they were attentive to little details I wouldn't have expected - even took the squeak out of my kick stand! I've had my bike serviced elsewhere in Wollongong and was not nearly as impressed.

I cannot say enough positive things about this bicycle shop! The customer service was exceptional from the moment I walked in. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me find the perfect bike for my needs. The shop had a fantastic selection of top-quality bikes and accessories. I have been back to the shop multiple times to service my bike and buy other accessories, the same level of service was received.

Could not be more happy with the help we received in looking for the first bmx for our 7 year old son. Cooper was so friendly and knowledgeable and assisted us in picking the correct size and type of bike after we were pretty confused looking at information online. Our son was able to have a little ride in the carpark to assure he was comfortable on the bike and the guys adjusted the brakes and handlebars on the spot for us and we were able to take it home the same day. 10/10 for service 🙌🏼

The service received for a disabled clients wheel chair was beyond duty. All the staff got involved happily and with best spirt working as a true team. I was even sent to TREK Bicycle, for the correct tubes for the wheel chair, to me this represented dedication to the impeccable service. I entered the store with no prior knowledge about bike tires, leaving with far more faith there can be a higher standard and Wollongong bike hub delivered.
