Best customer service I've had in a long time from Jacquie. We arrived late Sunday afternoon and she took the time to show us through so many options plus ran through pros and cons of the products we liked while the store was closing Even took down my number and followed through the next day with my enquiry truely the only time you get service like this is from a store owner so rare with staff ten out of ten for her

Great range of outdoor furniture, options to mix 'n' match. Love their decor pieces, coastal styles and cushions! Helpful staff. Reasonable parking.

Jacque and the staff at the store have been fantastic every time we have gone to the store, we have had things they have had to order in and they have gone above and beyond to keep us informed on the progress of our order.

Great shop and products, salesman not pushy

I don’t normally comment on posts but felt like I had to. I couldn’t believe the great customer service I had at Segals in Mandurah. The lady’s there were so professional and had a great understanding of not only their products but also helped me in what I was looking for. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase no hard sell but was completely satisfied with the experience. I shall definitely tell all my friends to shop there as it was a wonderful experience especially as today it’s so hard to get good customer care. Mr Segals I congratulate on your great staff

Rang up to purchase a Boston Dining Modular on Saturday 8 Feb and spoke to Gemma who was extremely helpful. Really appreciated her help to sort out and arrange a delivery date that I was hoping for. the item is purchased under invoice 61007 (M Chan)for verification purpose to confirm this is a genuine purchase feedback.

Segals Myaree is an excellent store of outdoor furniture and the Manager has created an open, friendly environment. I visited the store on numerous occasions during this summer while trying to make the right choice for my outdoor area and each time the staff were welcoming, helpful and very patient! The range of outdoor furniture was terrific and the price right - overall, a positive shopping experience!

I have been to Segals in Mandurah a few times and I'm always impressed by how lovely it looks and how great the service is! Lots of inspiring ideas for furnishing outdoor areas, good quality well-priced furniture, and the staff are always so helpful without being pushy at all!

What a wonderful shopping experience today at SEGALS IN BARRAGUP lovely friendly lady i was like a kid in a candy store the prices were so cheap so of course ended up with 2 settings and not 1,any other furniture stores have to take the docket around the back and then they will have to find it our 2 settings were already around the back before we got there and such a helpful young man.Thanks SEGALS we will be back very soon Linda and Richard May
