We've had the pleasure of working with Imperial Flooring on our latest projects, where they installed 14mm engineered oak direct stick floors. Nick and the team at Imperial Flooring were an absolute pleasure to deal with in choosing and installing the flooring in our new home. We chose the 9mm hybrid ‘light oak’ product and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It feels nice and solid under foot and looks fantastic. Corey who did the installation took a lot of pride and care throughout the process, with other trades that were in the house commenting on the quality and finish of his work. He also helped and reassured us in the direction to lay the flooring. Very highly recommend!

From the moment I first spoke to Nick and the team I was impressed. The friendly customer service and no hassle approach was great. Nick was able to supply samples and assist in what flooring would work best for us and our circumstances (Young kids, pets etc..) Surprisingly the floor my wife and I ended up choosing wasn’t something we thought much about, but after seeing the product and speaking with Nick we are absolutely stoked with the end result (Pictures below). Another nice surprise was the after sale service, with Nick making sure we were happy and satisfied with the flooring we had chosen. Massive A+ from me 👍🏻

Imperial flooring has been nothing short of professional in every manner. Everyone we enganged with from the show room to the delivery guys and the tradesman have been great. The tradesman that worked in the house were easy going, they remembered my name, they were on time and put in big hours to get this floor done. They went the extra lengths to make this floor an absolute statement in our home.

We visited three flooring suppliers, but none had the solution we were looking for. We eventually found Imperial Flooring, made a call and spoke to Nick who, unlike the others, quickly solved our flooring problem.

Nick dispatched samples by courier the same day, and returned our phone calls promptly. The laminate was delivered on the day promised and was well priced.

After installation the floor looks a million dollars. The transitions to adjacent tiled floors are perfect and the matching scotia is just right.

Nick was incredibly helpful on my project. The products he sell is the highest quality compared to other suppliers. Do not go to Bunnings please give Nick a call and he will look after you. Cannot recommend Imperial flooring enough.
