Excellent quality and good value

After spending much time selecting a range of tiles and floorboards, we placed our order and product was set aside. A few months later when we were ready for delivery, the owner was uncontactable. He would not answer any messages. We were really let down by this company right when we needed our products. We were left with a 7 day window to find a replacement product. Would never deal with them again.

No Customer Service! Ring the number it goes to voicemail telling you to send an email to which I tried twice, for it to not deliver incorrect address! No supplier details on their website therefore making it even more difficult to find the tile I wanted! Very disappointing they wont stock local Wollongong companies either and make you go to Sydney but I can't even find a supplier in Sydney! Hugely frustrating!

I was advised that there was an 8 week wait on special order tiles, this was communicated multiple times. We are now at a 15 week wait and the company is longer communicating regarding this. I messaged on Facebook messenger to request an update and was immediately blocked, no update received.
