Checked online which stated they were open. Took my broken laptop up there only to find them closed with a sign directing me to their “friends” inside the mall. It’s hard enough to find a place that you can trust with your equipment, personal data etc. Why would I patronise a business that can’t even be open when they say they are? Gave up on getting it fixed and bought a new one online. I won’t be back.

Put my laptop in in around early November and explained two problems which needed fixing. Person doesn't seem to be paying attention to me but didn't think much of it. They called me back only a few days later saying it was ready for pick up. I thought that was great and asked if problem two was fixed in addition to problem one. They said that they weren't aware of the second problem and asked to keep it for a little longer to diagnose. I thought that was fine. Kept calling weekly to see how the laptop was. A month after initially putting in my laptop - finally got a diagnosis and said they were waiting on a part. I thought that was fair enough and informed them that I would be going overseas in January and would have to take back my laptop whether problem two was fixed or not by then. January rolls around and the part hasn't arrived so I had to come pick up laptop and problem two obviously hasn't been fixed. Open laptop only to find that problem one hasn't been fixed either! Not sure what was going on behind those walls for nearly three months. So all up - spent 2.5 months without my main working device and neither of my problems were fixed because I wasn't listened to on reception. Wouldn't recommend.
