Creations Jewellers have been with us right from engagement through to our wedding day. When my husband was shopping for engagement rings he entered creations and was taken by the open window where he could see the jewellers at work. The team at creations helped him find a ring he liked and tweaked it to make the perfect engagement ring. We also purchased our beautiful wedding band through creations. The three pieces are absolutely stunning and the quality is impeccable. I highly recommend creations.

Having bought an engagement ring here nine years ago, I wanted to come back and buy my wife an anniversary gift. Natalie and Kate were wonderful, factoring lifetsyle, budget (always important!) and other styling issues for my wife (all done in top secret as it was a surprise). The ring was designed, made and delivered on time and a but less that we had factored in.

Kate gave us a lovely giftwrapped box and a bottle of Tasmanian champagne as an anniversary present. Sandra absolutely LOVED the ring and constantly tells everyone how special it is and how it suits her and her lifestyle perfectly. As an FYI, it's a mix of white and black diamonds (I didn't even know black diamonds existed!) - as she describes it, the ring is like looking into a starry evening sky with twinkling stars.

My husband and I have enjoyed working with the creations team since 2015. We have purchased engagement and wedding rings, special birthday gifts, and most recently I had my engagement ring recreated. Ben as always listens and then he and his team are able to create the most breathtaking of jewels. Thankyou again Creations team I am overwhelmed by my new ring it is absolutely beautiful.

My husband got my engagement ring designed by Ben many years ago. It is absolutely beautiful. I then got our wedding rings at Creations. And subsequently got a number of fabulous pieces from here. I don't go anywhere else and can't recommend them highly enough. All the staff are fabulous, friendly and helpful and Ben is a genius!

The team at Creations were incredible to work with! Ben was so informative and responsive from our very first meeting. My fiancé and I had a bespoke engagement ring commissioned, with the process starting in March 2020, just as the pandemic began to shut down businesses. Throughout lockdown, Ben remained in touch and continued the search for the perfect stones. He was clear about costs and worked within our budget to produce an amazing ring, which will one day become a family heirloom. The after sale service is also to be highly commended, with free cleanings for the lifetime of the piece - a service we have already used twice!

Kate and Ben worked with us to create a one-of-a-kind engagement ring. They were amazing from sourcing the perfect stones to turning our vague design ideas into something real. Their design aesthetic is unique and the quality of their work is fantastic. I can't recommend Creations Jewellers highly enough. After a disastrous and stressful experience at another jeweller messing up my engagement/wedding ring, Ben listened attentively to the design I wanted and within the tight deadline of our wedding day, he created my dream ring exactly as I had described. The customer service is excellent; we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were helpful and informative, and clearly passionate about what they do.

We decided not to get a custom ring designed as we fell in love with one of theirs which was exactly what we were after. However, they made sure that we knew we could go down that path, and that it would all be done in-house. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful; it is so well made and something I am proud to have. We feel that Creations produces very high quality work, and choose spectacular diamonds and it even came in under our budget.

My partner and I talked to several jewellers around Canberra when we decided to have an engagement ring designed. It was clear that some jewellers were more interested in securing a sale rather than listening to what we wanted. This was not the case with Ben, who led us through a process, teasing out what it was we were after, yet guiding us with his design expertise. At no stage did we feel rushed, nor did Ben attempt to funnel us down the "quick & easy" path. This was important, because at the time of our first visit or two, my partner and I weren't always on the same page with respect to what we wanted.

Once my partner and I had agreed the basics, Ben made arrangements for us to look over some loose stones we might use for the ring. Beforehand, he'd suggested that we'd know the stones we wanted when we saw them, and this turned out to be the case. After selecting the stones, we mocked up the setting and Ben made several sketches of the ring. We discussed particulars such as the colour combination of the stones, metals and my partners skin. Ben suggested tiny changes that turned out to make a big difference, such as using platinum instead of rose gold in the setting to ensure we didn't detract from the stones.

Around six or seven weeks later we went in to grab the ring. It was a week or so later than we expected, but we had told Ben we had no hard deadline and he'd notified us around the delay. The second the ring came out of the envelope I knew we had done the right thing. My partner's face said it all, we were very happy.

I asked Ben at Creations to break up an inherited ring, and divide it into 4 separate pieces for myself and my daughters. Ben was marvellous in dealing with all the different temperaments and styles required. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone was more than happy with their finished piece. The designs are beautiful and made the most of the materials from the original ring. We are all very pleased with the results. I would heartily recommend Creations Jewellery.

Living in Canberra I had the luxury of being able to get rings made and remade by Ben, and have bought and received quite a few pieces from Creations for wedding, anniversaries and birthday gifts. Everything is excellent quality, very reasonably priced and the customer service we received was also the most personal and attentive we could have asked for. Ben was very careful to ensure that he was designing one ring accurately by making a model that I could check before committing to the purchase. I have moved to live interstate but will be taking one of Ben's rings back for a service shortly when I visit Canberra - I wouldn't take it to anyone else.

My engagement ring and our wedding bands were made here. Staff are lovely, beautiful shop with workshop attached, a great range of stunning jewellery and can pop in any time to have settings checked/cleaned.

Their customer service is hands down the best you'll find. Ever. We needed resizing and a repair, which they did beautifully. Jewelry repair can be a tricky business due to customer sentimental attachment and the intricate attention to detail required, but these folks really know how to get the job done beyond expectations.

I took my engagement ring to Creations to have it altered, repaired and resized.
