Not enough stock. One of the ladies, possibly the owner, showed her frustration to us about the older lady not helping us properly with what we wanted. She could have dealt with that later without us seeing her cranky.

They sent me an SMS to say the backorder I paid for had arrived literally just after we left that afternoon which was very annoying. So I sent my husband in the week to pick up the backorder and he discovered it wasn't for us and the young girl serving wasn't very good in communication when he questioned the issue as the order was different to what we were waiting on. So he wasted a trip out there.

3 weeks later we are still waiting, yet now what we are waiting on is available at the school but we have paid for the backorder so now we have to wait and hope they let us know when it comes in. I don't have much confidence.

If you can go else I'd suggest it.
