I am trying out the 28days pass and fully in love with the heated vinyasa studio, every class is different with diversed styles of instruction. You will find an instructor who is best fit for your level and goals, finally.

The yoga teachers are the best I’ve ever had. They place a lot of emphasis on correct technique and breathing. Each teacher has their own unique style and some bring their musical instruments to create a beautiful savasana experience. Always leaves me feeling the yoga high. Classes are also heated over 30 degrees which helped so much with getting deeper into the poses. Destiny and Ari’s classes are my favourite

Great yoga studio! The instructors are exceptional, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all levels of yogis. The studio space itself is tranquil and clean, creating the perfect atmosphere for yoga. It's become my go-to place for relaxation and self-improvement, and I can't recommend it enough.

Great place for your yoga practice. I've been coming for the last 2 months and enjoy all the classes. No judgement - you can go at your own pace and level. I love the heated room as it makes me feel like I've done a workout.

I love This is Yoga in Randwick . The size of the studio is a little smaller to other yoga studios I have been to in Sydney, which makes it feel very welcoming and the heat is a perfect temperature. Although in the middle of The Spot, I always feel worlds away from everything once inside and always leave feeling very relaxed and in a much better place than when I arrived. All the teachers I have had have been fantastic, with a good balance of strength and more gentle poses at the end of a class. I've also attend some great workshops at this studio. Definitely one of, if not my favourite yoga studio.

I’ve re-started my yoga practice ant This Is Yoga Clovelly and am absolutely loving the classes and teachers. Vinyasa flow is challenging but filled with amazing breath work, and Yin is the perfect way to close off the week.

I love this studio, my local! Amongst the hub of buzzing cafes, This is Yoga in Randwick is perfectly placed in the community. The teachers are excellent and the space beautiful! Once you enter the room the busy world is shut away and you are suitably stretched and strengthened whilst tapping into that space of inner stillness that I find only yoga and a great teacher can help usher in.

I’ve not been nearly as much as I’d like to, with two little children it’s hard to make time but when I do and when I’m there it refuels me instantly! So grateful to have this space so close to home.

Love this studio, both Clovelly and Randwick (The Spot). Great teachers who know their yoga and how bodies move. Various levels of mindfulness included in most classes and always challenging for any level. Can get a little busy at times but I’ve never been turned away.
A great community feel and definitely my favourite studio.

This is a great warm yoga studio (29 degrees). Norma is one of the yoga teachers, and she is really good. But all the teachers are good!

I love, love, love This Is Yoga in Randwick. I've spent a lot of time in yoga studios in the East, in the City and the Lower North Shore. And for me, This Is Yoga in Randwick can't be beaten. The room is amazing, and the mood is perfect for shedding your busy work self and dropping in for some zen. But you will be pushed. And that's just the way I like it. You will earn so much about yourself in the classes taught by some of the best I have practiced with. Plus there is so much on offer around the studio. Being in the heart of The Spot in Randwick, you can easily grab a bite to eat or even catch a flick post yoga. I have been away from the area recently, but now that I'm back I can't wait to re-instate my practice at This Is Yoga.

Just want to say what an life-changing experience it has been attending classes at This is Yoga, Randwick the last couple of months. I am really loving it! The teachers are exceptionally skilled and so down to earth! I am always greeted with a warm smile. I am not at all intimidated but feel totally welcome to try new moves, push myself and take breaks when I have to. I have arthritis and I am learning new things about my body and how strong I actually am! I leave every class feeling invigorated and happy. Thank you!

I visited this studio for a free yoga class, and I absolutely loved it. Despite how busy it was, the vibe was so calming and welcoming. The class was a bit challenging for me as a beginner but I walked away feeling invigorated and inspired to practice yoga more often!

Definitely my preference of yoga studios in the eastern suburbs, great teachers, vibe and convenient locations, really makes the whole practising yoga process a joy ! Previously I went to a lot of other studios around the area, but I recommend that you won’t be disappointed by this studio or the amazing teachers and vibe they have going ! Vinyasa regularly with a yin once a week to slow it down is my preference! Enjoy

Incredible space - love the teachers and the ambience of this heated, quiet escape from busy life in the heart of Randwick. The timetable is designed wonderfully so that there is always an opportunity to get a class in before work, after, or during a lunch break. My favorite studio in Sydney!

I absolutely love this studio. Each time I step in the door I noticeably relax. The Clovelly studio is an amazing open, light and calming space and everyone I have spoken to is very friendly. However I love both venues Randwick and Clovelly.
Already suggested to many of my friends to come and practice with me at This is Yoga. Everyone has had a beautiful experience and ended up to subscribe themselves too.

This is yoga became my sanctuary when life was extremely stressful. The space is lovely and every instructor is very experienced. I know I can look forward to a great practice and come away refreshed every time. An injury from moving house a few times is the only thing that has stopped me being there as I wait for it to heal. I’ll definitely be going back.

It has taken me a long time to give Yoga another try after not really enjoying it decades ago! I love the name of this studio “This Is Yoga”, so I thought I would give yoga another try! The name is 100% correct, this really is yoga and I love it! A moving meditation designed just for me, my hour for me in a totally nourishing and caring space! Totally recommend for all ages! Thank you TIY for allowing me this time each day! 💫

They're my local yoga spot and I've done over 10 classes already. Efficient, clean and well trained instructors. I walk out of there in a changed state every time. Thank you wonderful TIY

Lovely studio in the Spot at Randwick, conveniently close to bus stops. Schmick but compact showers and bathroom and waiting areas, with most of the floor space dedicated to the studio (as you would hope). Hot but not roasting like Bikram, with experienced and friendly teachers with a range of interesting personal styles to exercise your mind, soul and body. Not cheap as you would expect for E Suburbs, but if you buy a pass or subscribe it's more economical. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

I’d put off doing yoga for years, 1. Because I’m like a robot, 2. Because I had a pre convinced idea of what it would be like, and I didn’t like that idea... but I was very wrong.
The team have been great, the environment is very friendly and engaging! I couldn’t recommend more, especially for building core and flexibility as part of a rehab from injury.
