Very attentive, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Blaga I think her name was, helped us select 6 ceiling fans. Two weren't in stock, however were able to be ordered in for us. As promised a text arrived a few days later they had arrived. Our fans are all installed now - ready for what summer throws at us.

Wanted some things at Shellharbour store and Tameeka did an AMAZING job in locating stock from another store and got it sent to her store. Saved me a long trip.
She also made me a vip so more savings. Her service and customer interaction is one that need to be reckonised and rewarded.

I was helped today by the super friendly and knowledgeable Lily to purchase an adorable little Mushroom lamp. Perfect for my needs, and one out of a large range of options. I'm sure Lily and the team will be just as helpful to you.

Sue my sales person was extremely helpful, spent time showing lamps and pricing, very nice and friendly. They didn't have stock of the lamp I wanted but ordered it for me, and it arrived in 2 days, really pleased I shopped there.

Had such a good experience here today. The young blonde girl (I wish I got her name) was so knowledgeable and helpful. Any questions we had she was able to answer and didn't make us feel silly for asking. Will definitely be returning and very happy with our purchase too.

The service I received was absolutely brilliant. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.
I needed a ballast for a light. I rang 5 stores in Sydney and none in reasonable distance near me had stock. All advised it would be 7-10 days to get the time from the share house. That meant 7-10 days with no light in a room.
She’ll Harbour had plenty of stock and out one aside for me.
The staff both on the phone and in the shop are excellent. This is a credit to owner, manager and the staff.

Back to our favorite lighting shop and staff who have assisted us over a number of years.A real Pandora's box so leave time to explore their store as iam sure you'll be quietly supprised with the diverse show room. Recently updated displays made today's visit very interesting now all we have to do i decide witch one.🙂

We bought all the lighting here for our new build. The manager, Sonia, was very helpful. She visiting us on site after the walls were sheeted and gave us lots of design help. It wasn't just about the sale either ... she actually suggested reducing the number of lights in some rooms. We are very happy with the results!

Friendly service with a smile. I selected a particular type of ceiling fan online (Airfusion Slipstream) as they were the only type to come in two sizes, and I needed them to match as my very narrow sunroom is in line with my loungeroom. At the store I was a little concerned as they looked a bit cheap and flimsy, but after install I realised it's just because they were hanging right next to some much more intense looking fans. They look great and are perfectly balanced so no rattles like I've experienced from cheaper fans. The six speed settings were unexpected... #6 is like having a helicopter in your bedroom!

It’s a business model I appreciate. Take your time, make returns, don’t charge extra for credit cards and there are a whole lot of lamps. Customer service was attentive and then gave me the time to look around on my own. Really great experience.

Staff very helpful. I wanted a floor lamp which they didn't have in stock so they arranged a transfer from another shop. There are some beautiful lights and lamps and easy parking.
