I had my 2000 Road King delivered to my home in Victoria today and what a pleasant surprise. I bought her sight unseen and was hoping I made a good decision on my purchase. I sure did, what a beautiful bike. When the truck driver unloaded the big girl it looked like a brand new bike. For a 22 year old bike she is as neat as a pin. Thank you Canberra Harley Davidson for your honesty and great customer service. I couldn't recommend you highly enough to others. She fired up instantly when I hit the start button, very very happy.

Quick story, my husband always dreamed of owning a Harley - Davidson. At the age of 60 I could finally make all his dreams come true by buying him one.
Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting Jay and his team, they all went above and beyond to help us navigate the store and answer all our questions. Although we didn’t purchase our bike through them, they couldn’t of been more helpful and inclusive. Highly recommend this store.

Put my ‘19 Street Glide Special in for a pre trip check, and new tyres to be fitted. Excellent attention to detail and customer service by Jay and his lead tech. As my trip was a lap of the country reliability was critical. Some issues were detected, I was consulted and provided the info I needed to make a decision to have the work done. After almost 17,000km in six and a half weeks, there was not a single issue with my ‘Glide. Heavily loaded, with extreme high temperature riding and day after day high speed cruising, the Harley ran perfectly. Thanks gents! Cheers, Phil

I bought my Harley from here in 2016 brand new. Seb sold it to me and was a legend to deal with and a true gentleman. I’ve had the bike serviced here since new, it has not always been perfect but any issue has been rectified quickly. A couple of days ago I had my annual service on my FXDB done here, the big gentleman in the service department was great, the service was quick and when I collected my bike it had been cleaned too, white walls freshened up and looked MINT. I cannot fault the experience.

Unfortunately I had to sell my bike because of health issues with my Dog, I phoned the guys at the shop and spoke with Wayne. He looked after the sale quickly and because my Dog had complications, the service I received was very appreciated. It's unusual I suppose to hear a thumbs up when you sell your bike, but the teams prompt service ( including dropping me down the bus station ) was more helpful than anybody including myself could have expected. Thanks
