This 5 star review is for Angela. After waiting 15 minutes to be served in another store i went looking elsewhere for new shoes. As soon as i walked in Angela was attentive and immediately offered assistance. I wasnt looking to buy just yet however the service i received made me happy to buy straight away. Thank you!

Just spoke to Jan on the phone. What an absolute gem. She was able to answer my questions within moments of answering the phone, then looked into the database like some sort of computer science major. If you ever wanna know how to excel in customer service. Just call Hype DC and ask to speak to Jan. Go Jan, you rock.

Horrible customer service, i was asking sizes and the lady just ignored me. no wonder no people in your shop.

Sadly the staff are not customer service oriented! They had no customers when we went in store and with 3 staff on the girls were too busy drinking their ice teas to even offer service! The man who was on however did try to assist. The girls just stood behind the counter unless we asked for help! Sad to think they’re just there to get paid, without realising it’s customers who pay their wages. Usually I would have walked out and gone elsewhere with such lack of service but needed a present for my daughter!
Shame on them for taking their jobs for granted!

I was tricked by a manager into buying a pair of shoes at this store on the basis that they would last. Less than two months on I have a pair of shoes that have loads of holes in them and and have fallen apart. When I tried to get an exchange or refund at a different store, they were rude and refused to help me, despite the fact that I had been sold the shoe on the basis that it would last.

Customer service is so bad. Staffs just hang out with each others, look like not welcome customers.
