21ST Century Tiles

We had 21st Century Tiles & Bathroom renovate our main bathroom and ensuite and we could not be happier with the end result. Josh and his team provided excellent communication of the work to be carried out from start to finish. The service from Wendy and Karina in the office was always friendly and with a smile. All tradesmen to our home were friendly and prompt and carried the work out as per schedule and in some cases ahead of schedule. We can highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone wanting to have their bathrooms renovated.

Very happy with our new toilet, main bathroom, laundry and ensuite from 21st Century tiles. From the initial quote to completion of the work it was a great process. They have a professional crew of workers and we really appreciated the schedule that was provided to us which kept us up to date on exactly what was happening on what day. They are very approachable with any questions and 10/10 for the way that any hiccups were resolved promptly and with zero hassle. Josh helped us plan how to keep our bath and have the large walk in shower we wanted and Wendy and Karina in the office are also fantastic to deal with. We highly recommend 21st Century tiles.

Ever had an old style Spa bath you never use, but just clean..? Or what about an old plastic tank and toilet that you can’t find a replacement water valve for, because it’s soooo old and they don't make them any more.

This is our story and it was in a house we owned for 14 years. It was time to get our ensuite bathroom renovated and updated, and at a GREAT price…! why did we wait so long…?

Josh and his team were excellent and very patient with us. Easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble with our requirements at a price we could not ignore…think dollars saved..!

Plus the teams that came to do the job were fantastic. One team finished and another team came in for something else. Water and electrics were done on time and included in the price.

Shout out to Max and Brooklyn as they made it so easy for us. But ALL of the teams finished on time and we’re very quick. The whole demolishing of the old and installing the new was completed in just over two weeks. Brilliant.

But the greatest thing was the quality of the build and the finished tiles. You know what they say folks….”TILE TO THE CEILING…SO EASY THE CLEANING” and it’s true. My wife said so…

Can’t recommend highly enough. Everyone we dealt with (Boss, reception and all the tilers) were professional, friendly and easy to talk to. Tilers all turned up on time exactly when they said, worked hard all day and cleaned up after. Nothing was too difficult for them. Did a beautiful job of our bathroom.

Really positive experience! 21st Century did an amazing job on our ensuite, bathroom, WC, and laundry renovations. We particularly appreciated the team's clear and regular communication, attention to detail, guidance, and flexibility with small changes we requested along the way. What a wonderful bathroom I have beyond my wildest dreams. Josh and Wendy helped us with this process and could not have been more helpful. Not pushing products we didn't want, Josh and his boys were so polite and respectful and we could have joke withem. Absolutely phenomenal company that I can't recommend highly enough. We had our bathroom totally renovated and we've been very impressed with every aspect. From the quote through to completion their open communication was outstanding and we always knew what was happening and when. All of the crew were punctual, polite, and friendly, delivered every stage on or before schedule, answered all of our random questions with ease, and the quality of their work exceeded expectations. 21st Century Tiles and Bathrooms made it so easy we barely missed having a second toilet! Definitely recommend using them, we will be for any other bathroom and laundry remodels we do.

Great experience when undergoing a bathroom renovation. The staff are friendly and helpful. My bathroom looks amazing and is fully functional. I really liked the timeline of when each trade was completing a task, the organization and communication was excellent.

I loved how reliable all of the tradies were and so professional. 21st century tiles did my bathroom and toilet renovation and they look absolutely amazing.

Could not recommend Josh and his team highly enough. Over the last year they have done both our bathrooms, laundry and more recently tiled our floors. Their service is second to none with professionalism, communication and quality of work from initial consultations with Josh and the ladies in the office through to the guys on the ground doing the work. We wouldn’t have gone back if we didn’t believe in their work. Everything is organised and coordinated with trades all liaised through 21st team, unlike other companies. Josh has a high attention to detail and does not hesitate to offer honest advice and checks all the workmanship himself. If your looking at flooring or tiling for anywhere in the house or outside do not go past 21st Century Tiles.

From the first visit Wendy and Josh were so helpful! We had builders, plumbers, plasterers, Leisure Coast Kitchens and tilers, they were all polite, went out of their way to be as unobtrusive as they could and again so helpful! All the trades were well coordinated and barely a hiccup. We love our bathroom and laundry!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Bathroom renovations can sometimes be very stressful. Not with 21st Century Tiles. Great advice on product selection and planning. All work was completed on time by skilled tradespeople. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

The best tile and bathroom place in the Illawarra. Great communications through the whole renovations. After they finished our bathroom laundry and ensuite we got them back 12 months later to retile our entire house. Could not fault them at all. I would Gladly use them again.
