On Point Massage Therapy

I originally started coming to On Point Sports Therapy as I had a shoulder injury. Now I find that a regular massage every six weeks keeps my body moving in the right direction. The therapists have excellent knowledge to get you feeling right again, but they are also good for just a nice relaxing massage.

I have been to On Point Sports Therapy several times and every time have left feeling 100 times better than when I walked in. She is the first person I go to when I've hurt myself and she always knows exactly how to fix me. Highly recommend!!

Easy to book in via messenger. Easy to park, really good massage by Kirstyn that helped my tense shoulders and back. A bonus was listening to everyday easy listening music as opposed to dolphins singing in the background! I find this more relaxing than chimes. Easy to talk to Kirstyn and massage was tailored for me and I booked again which I rarely do on the spot.

On Point are the best massage therapists I've ever been to. They are very friendly and excellent at what they do. It can be painful but I always feel better for it. Love the trigger point massage and cupping. Shout out to Alicia; she is amazing at her job!

Skilled and professional therapists who are very in tune with identifying the problem spots in my body. Maddie has been finishing my session with cupping on an area that has been giving me trouble for over a year. I am thrilled with the improvement after only 2 sessions. Easy parking and always a follow up email to ensure everything is ok. Highly recommend.

Every time I come in for treatment I always leave in such a happy and zoned out state. The girls take such good care of me and massage me head to toe and right down my arms to my finger tips, as per my request. After 2 Visit a couple weeks apart and trying needling and cupping from On Point Sports Therapy I have noticed less tension and general soreness has gone.
