Thanks Joe and Nabil for making our dream house become true smoothly and properly. During the period of construction, Joe and Nabil always answered my calls and satisfied our needs timely. The cost we had to pay was exactly as what they put in the HIA contract, which is very important. We only had to pay extra for what we requested more than what we put in the contract from the beginning. We have been in the house for nearly 2 years and still feel very happy with the quality of the house. We were very lucky to have Shine Construction to build our house. Everything went well under our budget and exactly as what we wanted

Joe and Nabil built us a triplex, based on another architects drawings it came out exactly how it was drawn. Nabil treats each build as if it’s his own home and takes the care and consideration of the owner into account. Something that is lacking in a lot of site supervisors in the building industry. Very pleased with the speed and build quality of which both Joe and Nabil constructed our homes. Would use them again in a heartbeat if another opportunity presents. Shine Constructions were great to deal with, very responsive, accommodating with last minute changes to the build and design. Very personable service as you get to deal with the owner directly and decisions can be made on the spot. Would pick Shine over any big cookie cutter builders any day!

My father and I went with Shine Constructions for a knockdown/Duplex construction. Joe and Nabil were fantastic from start to end.
They were not only very flexible and accomodating to our requests but communication was great throughout and the price of the build was very reasonable.
The quality of their work in the finer details really shows and there was never a time that I felt we were being over-charged for anything. The new home is absolutely beautiful and we are thoroughly enjoying it.

I will definitely be recommending Shine to any of my friends that undertake home construction projects in the future.

As this was our first time building a new home, and after hearing all the negative feedback from friends and family about their own poor experiences, we opted to steer clear of the larger mainstream builders and go with a smaller (medium) company that we hoped would provide us with a more personal and professional experience.

Shine Constructions designed and built our duplex in Canley Vale to a very high level of workmanship, that is above and beyond my expectation. Communication with the team was exceptional and I felt comfortable at every stage of the building process. During construction, I was able to utilise their phone app to view daily progress photos, signed off on changes I requested and impress my work colleagues. I would not hesitate to recommend Shine Constructions for their professionalism, high quality workmanship and above all trustworthiness.

Shine Constructions completed the construction of a duplex and 2 granny flats at 73 Alma Rd Padstow to a very high quality. They were very conscientious about ensuring the high standard of their work. They listened to my concerns as the construction progressed and were prepared to undertake changes to the design when we thought it was necessary. They reacted quickly to resolve issues that arose post-construction. Overall we have been very happy with Shine Constructions' performance in the construction of the buildings on my property.

Shine was communicative and cooperative. They were pleasant and friendly. The builders were workers not shirkers, and worked well as a team. Obviously experts at what they do, and we have a finished product with which we are very happy. Thanks Joe!

Made the journey of building our new home enjoyable and stress free. The quality was exceptional never compromised. They had a positive attitude throughout the entire built know matter what obstacles were faced along the way.

Joe and the team are such a pleasure to work with, they keep their word and get things done in a timely manner. They have a portal that allows owners to login and look at the work in progress with photos. Very professional!! happy to recommend.

Overall happy with the house and they met our timeline. Advantage of going with a smaller builder was being cost efficient and highly customisable, larger builders were not flexible to our needs. Lacking in process a little (why they lost a star), they required a lot of checking up and chasing but overall Nabil and Joe were easy to contact and effective. Big credit for fixing our roof after the heavy rain earlier in the year at no extra cost which some other builders were not doing.

Edit: Joe you were notified on the day of completion. This job was handled through an OT and you should have a record, or you're not very good at keeping records... I understand your response here is just to show that you are trying to make amends, which is completely false.

We hired Shine Constructions as they were recommended to us by an occupational therapist for NDIS-funded work. Shine installed a few guard rails throughout our apartment and put down non-slip solution in the bathroom. The staff were friendly, however, the work wasn't great. The guard rail along the hallway is not level (it's kind of bowed) and it's quite obvious, they've also written a number on the side of it with permanent marker which cannot be removed; one guard rail was installed with mismatched washers; another rail has a noticeable scratch on the side; and the non-slip solution was poured on to tiles that hadn't been wiped properly so now there's a permanent stain on the tiles. When we flagged the issue about the tiles, we were told that the stain was probably there to begin with. We have not contacted them further regarding the bowed guard rail as no doubt they'll simply say the wall was crooked to start with...
The mess they left behind was unacceptable, especially when they were doing the work for a person with disability. It's quite difficult to recommend this company.
