I can't fully put into words how fantastic Acacia Mini Storage is, but I'll do my best.

I initially approached Michelle for a contract that was going to "I'm not sure how long I'll need it but longer than you have on the form". After nearly twelve years and getting through floods, fires and pandemics I've finally closing down my tenancy and it is slightly sad.

If you are looking for a great place to store things, with a business that has a "family feel" then you need to use Acacia Mini Storage.

Complete peace of mind knowing that my van was safely stored there under 24hr camera security - Michelle is a great manager who is also very easy to contact.

When I had a short time line, Michelle kept in contact for the right storage unit to become available, Best service and communication,

Acacia mini storage is the best storage facility in Port Macquarie with incredibly clean storage units.Amenities also very clean.If there is any issues Michelle Orange is always polite and helpful.I certainly can recommend this storage facility,the best place I have rented in 20 years.

I have been renting a couple sheds for a while now due to personal / business needs and can hands down recommend this business for storage! Very clean kept premise, had no dramas with vermin or the weather. I had lots of old car seats and other vinyls / carpets parts that were all in perfect condition after the years they have been there. The owner is an awesome person to deal with and i can’t recommend her and this business enough.

My partner and I had just relocated to town and used Acacia mini Storage for four months while we found a house to move into. Michelle was absolutely fantastic from the start, making it so easy for us from the first phone call and all the way through. The complex is clean, well managed and organised. Our storage unit was in great condition.
They even lent us a spare padlock of theirs when they recognised the padlock we had been using was insufficient. It's the extra bit of personal service that meant the world to us and we will be sure to recommend to all! Thanks again
