Friendly staff, spoke with Pala today and found her very helpful, friendly and purchased a soap which works well with my skin type. Have been coming here since 2018 and everyone there has always been very kind.

Staff is friendly and always ready to help. They are always ready to help irrespective how small or big thing you buy.

I've just started shopping here and found their range really good (Paleo) and the staff honest and proactive (ordering stuff for me).

Great customer service,product knowledge in helping me was second to none.
Well worth a vist if you have any health related matters that need sorting out.

people are dying every day from covid, arent you embarassed to have this kind of thing up on your store? this is absolutely disgraceful, we need to protect those in the community who are susceptible (eg elderly, immunocompromised, etc) and you should know better than to do this. plus who needs human nanochips when you all carry around your phone all the time and it records everything lmfao get a grip

My mum bought same brand boswellia $39 from other shops .(usual price for other shops)

So she did not ask for price and paid,
And out of shop
she see the receipt and realised
Price was $59 .

So I went shop ask for refund,
No refund policy is on the receipt.
Lady at the shop told me you should be checked before u buy.
So we left...
that was for mums friend,
So my mum bought it for $20 over priced.
Never shop there again.
Too much.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Was served by a lady with blonde scraggly hair. There were two ladies already at the counter and she starts pointing towards me. When I looked at what she was pointing at she rudely said "YOU! I'm point at you! You're just standing there trying to figure out what I'm pointing at.". Perhaps you should greet your customers with "Hi, how are you". I was still nice and said thank you at the end of the transaction to which I received no reply. Horrible horrible horrible service. Will never be back to this establishment. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Never shop from this shop its over priced. I baught antipod vitamin C face cleanser $40 but same product I found at chemist warehous $ 23.99, then I compare my Shoping list price I found everything is over priced.

Bad customer service. Not giving or offering me a plastic bag even I was buying a big item and not put item gently which was felt like they are throwing item on the count. What's the reason for not looking at customer? It was my third time got there, but will not return again.

+So you mean you offer a plastic bag when you want to? If you dont like customer you dont offer? is it some kind of discrimination? at that moment there was one customer before me who bought something smaller thing which was the same but a smaller product and got a plastic bag without asking them. If you are doing that for wellness of environment then do it always and I did not have any bag or something similar. I was holding my shoes and a cloth on my both hands, they sould have offered me a bag. So that was my misunderstanding. I'm so sorry that I misundertood you.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Came here to get a faulty salt lamp lightbulb replaced and the male sales person wanted to charge me for it. It’s a $2.6 lightbulb for Christ’s sake. He condescendingly said “so you want it for free?”, to which I said “Yes, because the one that I BOUGHT was faulty.” The blond long haired female wasn’t helpful either!

This place obviously has the lowest ratings for the utmost lack of customer service. They make you feel highly uncomfortable in this shop. Would never ever spend a dime here again and for everyone reading this, you’re better off going somewhere else. Not this place!

I wish there was negative rating possible. The lady at the counter is rude, mannerless and has no etiquettes. She doesn’t treat her customers well. If you wanna go to that shop to buy anything..please do all your research about that product in advance as that lady wouldnt allow you to spend more than a minute in that shop. She would not allow you to read the details on the product and would mock you. I saw an old asian lady there who was buying something and because of her age she was slow in talking and picking up her stuff. Instead of being considerate and helpful that lady at counter starting making faces and shouting at her. You can not intimidate your customers !! She should be chucked out and banned from doing customer service job

Super rude lady! Asked if she had a product in stock, got a blunt, rude no and she just turned and walked away instead of perhaps offering an alternative. You just lost two potential customers.
