Great service and overall experience with the team at Battery World Parramatta. Got served as soon as I parked my car, Stephen helped me out with the battery replacement and fitment as well as ensuring that the ECU is aware of the changes so as not to prematurely reduce the life of the new battery. Factory died after seven years and left me stranded in a two hour parking space in North Parramatta. Rang Battery World in Northmead and within 25 minutes Alexander arrived with a new battery. Was able to open the boot with an emergency latch within the vehicle that I was unaware of. He explained that replacing a battery in a Holden Commodore is a little more complicated than some other vehicles. Forever indebted to Alexander for getting me out of a jam. Very professional and friendly service as well as efficient. Thanks Alexander and Battery World. Paying a bit extra for a service call out was well worth it. Highly recommend Alexander and Battery World Northmead. Five stars!

Great service from Stephen and his colleague this morning. Stephen went out of the way to make new battery connection. Great service by both young men. Will definitely return. After two weeks I returned for service and Stephen as usual provided great service. Rafa also gave me correct information yesterday.
