08/2023. Great service, super quick, identified PC issue and fixed within a few hrs. Got chatting about my somewhat outdated hard drive, so
decided to replace it, and PC is now running / downloading a like new one. All within 24hrs, and more then reasonable service costs. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about how good Port Computing Solutions were - Danny let us know when he was on his way, he was quite quick to understand what we wanted and sort out our network & One Drive problems and fixed a number of other issues in the process. He was also lovely to deal with - a very nice bloke.

I've asked Daniel twice for help. Both times I was in real trouble. The first time my laptop was stuffed and he fixed it in minutes. And with a smile!. Not surprising that I went straight to him again when I needed to get my wifi working when I moved house to a pretty ancient one. Again he was really friendly, really knew his stuff, noticed problems I didn't even know about and he also went above and beyond what he needed to do.

Daniel fixed my issue within an hour of starting on it, which was such a relief. I was so happy to be able to get same-day service. I had spent hours on the phone with Optus and in live chat with Microsoft support over the past two weeks but Daniel worked out the issue very quickly. This is a legitimate professional business (not sure why that was queried in a recent review) and I would recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend this guy! He was very friendly and took time out of his weekend and evenings to help me get my computer sorted after having troubles. Was very helpful and communicated well about what problems he was running in to and what he was doing to fix it. Well worth seeing!

I can highly recommend Daniel. He really knows his "stuff" and took the time to explain the "Tech" in a way I could understand what was going on.
