KFC Mayfield

Just popped in for dinner , asked for fresh HOT chips and stated that i was happy to wait.(as i always do) waited no longer then five minutes for my order. I pulled out of the drive thru and burn my tounge on the fresh HOT chips supplied by the kind hard worker staff of KFC Mayfield. 5/5 service and the food was excellent good job.

Takeout Tuesday started off dismal.
We ordered uber eats from KFC Mayfield.
Order turned up, with only half of our order!!
I called the store and was told that I could come in and have my order replaced. Inconvenient yes, seeing as I ordered a delivery so I didn't have to go out!
On arrival I spoke with manager Lucas.
This manager fixed up our meal and our food was ready within 30seconds of being at the collection window.
Our food was hot, perfectly cooked and exactly how KFC should be.
Well done Lucas and team for the amazing customer service, food and promptness that you provided.

If you go to a place like this expecting a 5 star restaurant or special treatment for your measly $15 then go get a slave you can beat for wrongspeak when they don't tolerate your bad behaviour. as for the price location and general quality for the ~10 years I've been coming here they're all good for KFC.

Mayfield KFC is hands down the best in Newcastle! I Don't go anywhere else the store it is always clean, customer service on point with friendly and polite staff and fast drive thrust service. The food is always hot and fresh and I have never received the wrong order.

Dropped in for the wicked wings. Great snack, easy to eat. Add Jalapeno Coleslaw now look, its a meal that comes with the spoon. Consistent quality, great staff, clean store. All good.

Without a doubt, the FASTEST SERVICE I have ever experienced in a drive through. Even when their is a bit of a line up, my order is always ready by the time I pay and get to the collection window. Very friendly staff. Obviously this KFC store is run my an efficient manager.

Went here after wedding. Thank god that it was so conveniently located as we were starving from having to listen to priest tell everyone how important he is while conducting a wedding.
Staff were not messing about and this place is a well oiled KFC machine. Most importantly the chips actually had a good serving of the KFC salt on it!

Best service we have had in years, plus everything was cooked to perfection! We are from Sydney and service like this just doesn't exist anymore. The girls (evening shift 25/04) were so friendly and helpful, so awesome that I felt the need to write this review. Thank you so much

I rarely eat KFC but the kids wanted it for a change from the usual. It was delicious! The chips were piping hot. The popcorn chicken was piping hot. The chicken pieces were hot and fresh, and the kids loved the wraps. I'm impressed. Thank you for serving quality, hot food. It was worth waiting for.

I was really hungover at the time but they were able to provide me with the sustenance required to allow me to function to some degree whilst simultaneously allowing me to wallow in self pity. Chicken rated 11/10, it was more fried than I was at king street the night before. The colonel really has his chicken down pat. Facilities were pretty clean, staff well mannered. A truly memorable KFC experience.

Service very good. I changed a few things to sui t me it was no trouble. I dont like legs so asked if i could have thigh. Then didnt want the potatoe and gravy that went with the meal deal, asked for coleslaw instead. Great that it was no trouble to them

First time ever I have visited a KFC outlet and been very impressed! Staff were very customer focused, food was fresh, hot and well cooked. 5 out of 5 stars for this visit.

In my opinion Mayfield KFC is the best I've been to others but the staff here are young and really happy to help you often while yr waiting will have a little chat with you which I find makes me feel good.

Usually pretty good for a KFC in terms of consistency, but....like all KFCs ,there is always those few times of the day that the chicken is obviously at the end of the last fresh cook , and then it becomes the "dirty bird" for a whooooole other reason 🤢

As far as KFC goes this is the best in the area. Always clean. The staff always get the order right and the chicken is almost always cooked well.
