Tucker Barbecues The Original BBQ Factory Silverwater

I purchased a Shelta umbrella from the Tucker BBQ Silverwater store. The ladies work there are all fantastic and went out of their way to help! Special thanks to Belinda and Laura who got their hands dirty to help me getting this massive 4 x 3 meter umbrella up! It looks amazing in my backyard. Outstanding product and customer service!

We'd decided on a new wood heater that we liked, and on our way out of the showroom, we had the good fortune to meet Russell, the proprietor. He asked us what we'd decided on, and talked us out of it with very sound technical advice. We ended up with a heater that better suits our needs and for less money. Thanks Russ!
Also big thanks to the delivery team, Dave and Yousuf. They definitely made my life a lot easier today, and smiled doing it.

Great stuff!!! All online….. We just moved into a house and it has a top quality built in BBQ. The BBQ stainless and hood are in great condition. However the non stainless original grills were burnt out and needed replacement. I was able to source the right size stainless steel plate and matching stainless rod/grill for the same price as the cost of the non stainless ones from the OEM supplier. I did a bit of digging before purchase and found out that the Tucker plate and grill were in fact both much thicker than what I could buy elsewhere and via an original replacement. I don't know whether I can mention the name of the original supplier, however I had thought they were the best when it came to quality Australian BBQ products. But with respect to what I have bought the Tucker product is better, and as an example, the Tucker stainless plate is 2mm thicker and has slightly raised sides to catch sauce etc. In use now, they are fantastic products. To add also is that delivery was seamless. I cant say a single bad word about the whole experience.

I have owned a 6-burner S-type Tucker BBQ for about 15 years. I just replaced the burners and the ignition lighters, and now it works as well as it did when it was new. It's great to be able to buy spare parts and keep the BBQ going for so long!
These BBQs are very well made.

Great Customer Service Experience from Start to Finish..
We purchased a Tucker GTR5 early on in our house build and finally we got the team to install it , in a custom outdoor kitchen unit..

The Tucker team were great from initial, what we think we need, colours, sizing , accessories etc..

Then Belinda, Russ and the design team got involved, We are remote from Sydney so some phone calls, measurements and detail points were nutted out and we now have a fully functional outdoor kitchen..

I would highly recommend the Tucker team, the install team were courteous, knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail on the install, with levels, finishing, and final testing.
Great overall experience, i would highly recommend Tucker for both the product range, Service and install

Great experience, everything went smoothly and when l did have a problem with the BBQ it was rectified immediately. The price was just right and the help they gave me to get the large box in the car was terrific.
I can definitely recommend this company any time.

Have not used the BBQ yet but it appears to be a well built, quality unit. There was a slight defect on the back the unit which the team at Tucker were more than happy to sort out. Good customer service.

All the store staff was great and very helpful. Very knowledgeable about all the products and everything, that I needed help with. Would recommend to go buy your smoker or grill, and they got great products

Purchased the inbuilt Tucker R Class v8 and couldn't be happier. We had a kitchen custom made and all the dimensions given on the web were spot on and it fitted perfectly. Quite easy to assemble and fit in place. I have cooked roasts, fish, steak, and pizza and so far, everything turns out perfect. Exceptionally good quality and most important, it looks good

Our GST BBQ is 15 years old and was worth every penny. Replacement parts are still available for this model and the BBQ is good as new again. Well worth it.

A bigger selection of bbqs I've never seen...
Well worth driving 3 hrs to get professional advise but to have the heater i wanted on the floor and not an image on a computer or brochure...
Hands on the heater makes a world of difference...

Ordered a Crossray 4 Burner BBQ. The order process was quick and easy and delivery to Brisbane was timely. Item was well packaged and the delivery driver was friendly and courteous. Would definitely consider Tucker Barbecues again for any future orders we may have.

Great experience with Belinda, who helped me with all the necessary parts to restore my old s class 5 burner.
