Poor customer service. Col came across as rude and arrogant.

I drove an hour and a half to view a vehicle that he said "was a bit rough to look at, but mechanically A1 and worth the drive" only to find that when put into 4wd it made a loud metallic grinding noise and wouldn't go back into 2wd. When I spoke to Col about it, he said "oh well, I'll just send it to the auctions; maybe I should have driven it first" and then just turned around and walked inside.
