I bought some ham at the deli and there was this really nice young lady named Emma and she was super nice and had a smile on the whole time as she graciously assisted me in picking out my ham.

The savings on male Razors are awesome 🪒😎😋 the brands I know and like, what a value 🪒🪒🪒😃👌 they are indeed a man's best shave in my mind and what a bargain on sale at the time I bought today 🤩 store's always quick, clean, fast and easy, I've found, whether original checkout or self serve check out, they're both efficient and served well. 😃

The other day I was at the checkout with my two screaming toddlers. They were both in the middle of unpleasant tantrums when the lovely young man, Tyler, who served us, decided to help out. While I was pretty exhausted from the day, he took action and began to play peek-a-boo as he scanned our items. It took him a few goes to crack the first smile from one of my sons, but very soon after they were both wiping away tears and giggling at him, anticipating the next 'boo'. It was so beautiful to see a young member of our community (TYLER from Wooltworths Watergardens) be such a great role model for kindness and compassion for my two young sons. His gentle and sweet actions towards out family warmed my heart and it made our day.

Fresh Veggies and good variety of food.
The only thing I don't like is you can't really see the Specials Tags on the shelves.
You really have to look close to see what's on Special.
Please put the Original Specials Tags back on the shelves please.

Have just moved to the area and this was my first (of many!) visit.
Enjoyed browsing around and checking things out.
Managed to buy just the right amount to fit into my Nana trolley; and walked home in the dark with plenty of street lighting and feeling safe.

I recently shopped at Woolworths Watergardens and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The produce section was stocked with fresh and vibrant fruits and vegetables, making it a joy to shop for my weekly groceries. The staff were also a standout, going above and beyond to assist me with my purchases and offering helpful suggestions. They were friendly and made me feel welcomed in the store. I highly recommend Woolworths Watergardens for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.

Was in store on mid-day Sunday, SUPER busy especially lining up to pay however Hayden was so efficient and lovely!!! He tried his best to get the queue going, amazing service!
I could tell all staff were trying their best as well!

Great juice really loves it

The fruit man who works there is so friendly I forget his name but he is the best person in the place the stars are for him the rest terrible. I had a mask on during covid times and was sipping my coffee when a worker in the shampoo section turned and said pit ur mask on I turned and said I have it on I'm drinking she was rude and clearly not up to date with being allowed to drink and I had my mask on as it was slightly down so I could sip. It was the unprofessional way she said it so I'm never going there again

My favourite supermarket now. Love their veg/vegan and healthy food options. Online ordering through their website is first class, compared to Coles which is poor and Aldi which is non-existent.

Loved the customer experience provided by Kyle Condron last week. Came in for 5 packages of mixed-leaf for my cow's diet, and was advised to watch out for some bags that may contain more spinach than the other. A little disappointed that the store does not carry any My Muscle Meals, but shared an interesting chat about protein bites at the snacks section and introduced me to YoPro! Absolute amazing young lad, with great potential for the future.

Love this supermarket. Located in my favourite shopping centre.

A great place for grocery and other needs shopping. Conveniently situated at the Watergardens shopping center and nonetheless the brand name, this outlet offers everything for daily needs. The staff service is good, the area is huge and everything stocked up nice and full.

One of 2 woolworths in the shopping centre. This one is located on the eastern arm of the centre, whilst the other is located on the southern. This woolworths is slightly bigger than the other, and the location is prime around other specialty food services such as bakeries, meat stores and seafood

Excellent Woolworths. Plenty of stock. Huge variety. Clean and tidy.

Loved using the Self-scan and pack system. Not a concept that would work in my 3rd world country. Great shop, this. Helpful and friendly staff

Wide selection of items. Huge parking area and self service checkouts.

Excellent customer service. Quite impressed with their patience and determination to help a customer out

What a mad house with only 2 days till Christmas. Couldn't even get a trolley.
