Simply the best Video people in Sydney. For knowledge, solutions, sales and just for friendly service.
Other camera shops just see you as a number but these guys are interested in what you are doing. When I invested in the next big camera for our business they were incredibly helpful and actually listened to what we do.

Being a Sony guy, their range of the official Sony cameras, monitors and chargers is sublime.

Highly recommend them and Stephen is an asset to their business. Whatever you are paying him, he deserves a raise.

Friendly, helpful and proactive. Called me back to make sure I had the additional part not sold with the product I had bought to make sure I had all the components I needed. Also helpful in packaging up for pick up by a courier - wrote address details, etc.

Recently purchased a Sony FX3 from Steven at Videocraft. From speaking with Steven on the phone, to then having a chat in store while picking up my camera the service was great. Steven took an interest in my camera needs and ensured I had the right equipment for the project. I will definitely look to buy from here again when the need arises!

I don't usually leave reviews... like ever.
But Videocraft deserves one!!

The people I spoke to on the phone were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly, even though they had a busy store at the time.
They were also very accommodating with my last minute request for same day delivery because I needed a product ASAP.
They didn't even mark up the delivery price!!

They sent it out super promptly and I got my delivery 2.5 hours from when I placed the order. And the product was of good quality and works well!

Fantastic to deal with as always. Steven was extremely helpful and our delivery arrived earlier than we expected.

I needed a specific audio cable urgently and Steve organised it very efficiently. When I then phoned with an apparent problem with it (my fault!) he did everything he could to suggest solutions and alternatives. Impressive and knowledgable service!

I could not be happier with this purchase - there was a shipping problem that was entirely the courier's fault, and Videocraft were rock-solid on this, following up at their end. Plus, they were poised to supply me with an alternative shipment if the short delay was extended. (Thankfully it didn't come to that; a resolution happened just in time.) That kind of backup meant a great deal to me - and I'm also extremely happy with my new camera - so thank you very much, Danielle and Heidi at Videocraft. The top-level support ultimately meant more to me than the price, which was also quite competitive.

Great prices, and outstanding level of service. The courier left one of the items I ordered at the depot, and a team member from Videocraft were willing to drive out to my set location to drop off a replacement.

Needed a battery charger before going away for two months. VE didn't have it in stock but very promptly got it in, and I have received it before going away. Also, all our bills came in, in the last month so being able to use ZIP was excellent.
